服務態度差 本着一口方言 登記個人訊息時候沒有詢問我的意見 直接拿個人手機就要拍 雖然現在是個訊息泄漏的時代 但是沒有詢問我個人意見 直接拍就很生氣了 從我明確的提出不要拍之後 該服務員的態度瞬間轉變 板著臉辦入住 到最後登記公安時 直接要拍我人臉 我提出 現在都不拍人臉 拍證件 不要拍我之後該服務員説了一句 拍啥不都是你 以下四張圖片是房間的衞生 彎彎曲曲的毛髮 長長的頭髮 充滿油點的桌子 轟隆隆的換氣扇 剛開好房間我上去沒兩分鐘 衞生實在太差勁 到前台提出退款 拒絕我的要求 説我從攜程定的不可以退 甚至沒有詢問我為什麼要退 從他們門店就可以退 這不就是強買強賣嗎 電梯門上的上門按摩服務 真是太晚了 不想折騰了 換了間房住了 真是讓人對呂梁的印象差到極點 頂着尚客優的牌子就按尚客優的標準來 掛着羊頭賣狗肉

房間暖氣不足，空調也不給力，很冷。淋浴間下水口堵塞，水位高到拖鞋都能漂起來，服務員給了一個馬桶搋子就走了。。。早餐種類少，熱菜不好吃。。。而且服務超級爛，我們還在吃飯呢，服務員進來不打聲招呼就把餐廳燈關了。。。不會再選尚客優這種加盟店了，服務沒有一點保障
