Just located at the right spot in Fenyang if one arrives by car, as parking is not that easy in the centre. Friendly staff, clean rooms, just a good hotel!

房間挺大的且乾淨，關鍵衞生間也很大！酒店門前停車方便，離高速入口3公里，很適合自駕在此休息一晚！值得推薦

酒店比較新，設施齊全，停車方便，門口是一個較大的停車場，房間的供暖給力。對面有幾家本地特色的菜館，很方便。房間很大，床很舒服。礦泉水不限量，早餐的種類不算多。熱水較足，獨立的淋浴間。用品的配置也講究。網速也比較快。雙床房在靠小區一側，不會感受到外面的聲音。

過年開車回家，訂了這家酒店，半夜三點半床頭金屬裝飾條竟然脱落掉了下來，圖裡的照片大家自己看，離我的頭部很近，説白了運氣好沒有掉到臉上，裝飾條的材質應該是鋁合金的，內麪及其鋒利，用手拿絕對劃傷，可想而知掉到臉上是什麼後果，其他位置的裝束條也已經鬆動了。我們一晚上就根本不敢睡了，前台一個小姑娘都已經睡覺了，也不好意思叫人家起來給我們換房間，想着第二天早晨再説，我第二天要跑長途，一晚上沒怎麼睡6點多就要出發。酒店挨着一家足療店，看名字應該是一個老闆，房間其他所有的事情我都可以忍，但是安全問題絕對不能忍受，這麼明顯的安全隱患竟然沒有排查整治，還給客人安排這種房間，最後就是把房費退了不了了之，甚至還想取消我的訂單，我一晚上沒休息，外加耽誤了我第二天的行程，這個責任誰來負？

汾陽怡致酒店很不錯，設施齊備，智能方便，衞生好，服務熱情。到店後有小帥哥幫助拿行李，前台三位服務人員態度都很好，我們説明需要安靜房間後，經理給升級了家庭房間，房間很大且特別安靜，對我們自駕舟車勞頓需要休息的客人真是太好了！早餐也挺豐富有營養。退房時前台劉，週二位熱情幫助客人，酒店經理幫助挪車，真是全方位服務到位。
