前台冷漠，客房阿姨脾氣不好，讓她拿了兩次東西就已經不耐煩了，房間沒有連沐浴露都沒有，只有一個洗髮水小樣還是用過了，浴巾只有一條，毛巾一條都沒有，還有讓他們多拿兩條浴巾就已經要收費了夠無語的

這酒店也是絕了，剛開始房間空調沒用，客房一過來，把總閘一關，還是沒用，然後跑去前台換房，換了一個，空調是好的，但是洗手間燈不亮，又叫阿姨來，阿姨又是把總閘一關，然後好了，但是説估計洗手間燈關不了了，要關還要叫她關總閘，哪知道燈睡覺的時候，洗手間的燈可以關。房間燈關不了，開關面板一點用都沒有，就這房間還收200多一晚？？？一個晚上把卡拔了睡的，也是夠夠的了

房間老舊，空調開了沒反應，廁所燈不亮，給客房部打電話，也沒説明情況直接拉閘重啟，擔心半夜又有這種情況發生，諮詢服務員是否可以換房間，答覆是每個房間都有這種情況發生，無語了，時間比較晚想想將就洗洗睡吧。摸黑洗澡，淋浴開關拉手掉了，修！想把窗户關上，發現沒有拉手，關不上！想把卧房燈關了，也關不上，衹能亮着燈睡一晚，真是從沒碰到過這麼差的酒店！！

小地方硬件設施完善 但是衞生條件差的不行啊 一個縣城沒有一個乾淨的酒店 可悲啊 領導都是扯淡打麻將的 不去提高酒店衞生水平 一個縣城好歹有一個接待點啊

房間比較一般，設施不是很齊全，只有基礎配置和酒店名稱的國際大酒店，感覺有些名不相符，好在分宜縣的旅遊資源還是比較豐富的，要去看一下嚴嵩故里還是其他分宜電廠螺絲，整體還是比較不錯的。
