Franco e Ivana sono due persone che non solo sanno fare bene il loro lavoro ma ti fanno davvero sentire come a casa. Alla Casa di Era si trova tutto quello che serve per trascorrere qualche giorno nel nostro caso, ma ideale anche un'intera vacanza, 8n totale relax con tutti i confortevoli una vista panoramica pazzesca e la compagnia dei proprietari che è un valore aggiunto non di poco conto... Ci è dispiaciuto davvero lasciare questo posto ma siamo andati via con la promessa che torneremo perché davvero quando si scoprono questi posti non bisogna dimenticarli...

Ben arredato questo b&b mi è piaciuto molto, lo terrò in considerazione per le prossime vacanze al mare perché mi consente di essere vicino alla spiaggia ed al centro vacanze che solitamente frequento. Pulito ed ordinato, lo consiglio a tutti

Sono venuta con i miei genitori per un week end. Posto delizioso con vista mare molto bella e un giardino incantevole dove fare colazione e rilassarsi! Siamo stati accolti in modo molto gentile e caloroso dalla coppia che lo gestisce, sono molto disponibili cortesi e cordiali! Soggiorno piacevolissimo!!!! :) A. & family dall’Umbria

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una settimana bellissima, il B&B è molto bello,pulitissimo,arredato con molto gusto ogni piccolo dettaglio è prezioso....dalla biancheria alle stoviglie,dai mobili ai tendaggi,all'esterno una terrazza sovrasta il mare ,intorno piante fiori luci..... ,il risultato evidente della passione che Ivana e Franco(i titolari)hanno messo nel progetto del loro B&B,loro due persone stupende,simpatiche ,accoglienti,disponibili,attenti ai bisogni individuali dei loro clienti.....noi sicuramente ci torneremo!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso “la casa di Era” e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti il Sig. Franco, molto simpatico e disponibile, ci ha mostrato la struttura tenuta e arredata con gusto e passione in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è ottimale, a 2 minuti dall’uscita autostradale di Fermo, posizionata su una collina con una vista meravigliosa sul Mare Adriatico, ma a soli 5/10 minuti dalle spiagge. La camera è accogliente e pulita, abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di scelta del cuscino, entrambi di ottima qualità; Bagno spazioso. La colazione ci è stata servita da Franco e Ivana che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa servendoci un abbondante colazione (la crostata era buonissima). Bellissima l’ampia terrazza vista mare utilizzabile tempo permettendo per la colazione. Daniele, Arianna e Nicolò!
