The hotel is full of Bruce Springsteen fans in readiness for tonight’s concert. Like all other places in the city they inflated their prices so we have all paid a small fortune to stay here (€300 per night for us). Sadly what they failed to do was put more staff on at breakfast so it was chaotic at best. Milk ran out. Hot water for tea, not very hot. Poor single waiter so busy we had to ask 3 times for coffee.

Hotel situato nel centro di Ferrara, gestito da personale molto competente e cordiale. La camera era abbastanza spaziosa, con una buona illuminazione naturale; la colazione era eccellente. Qualità ottima in rapporto con il prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

abbiamo preso due singole. le camere erano abbastanza spaziose e confortevoli per delle singole. Sicuramente superiori alla media. Personale educato e cortese. Forse si poteva fare qualcosa di più per la televisione che ho giudicato veramente piccola e non ho acceso. Corretto il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Stanza piccola ma accogliente, pulita ed in pieno centro, prezzo onesto e cane con noi. Direi che fin qui tutto va bene, ma niente di sconvolgente. Quello che mi fa dare 5 pallini è la colazione, che è superba! Pasticceria vera.. poi abbiamo scoperto che la pasticceria Europa e l'hotel sono dello stesso proprietario. Ne vale la pena anche solo per alzarsi alla domenica mattina e fare colazione in pasticceria con il profumo delle brioche: quelle vere appena sfornate.

Centralissimo hotel, pulitissimo e gestito da personale molto disponibile. In bagno troverete kit di cortesia fornitissimo per qualsiasi evenienza. Buona scelta a colazione sia dolce che salata. Bevande fredde e calde fatte al momento. Frigo bar in camera.

Albergo tradizionale negli arredi e nell'atmosfera, situato nel centro di Ferrara, a due passi dal castello Estense. Nonostante ciò, riesce a mantenere prezzi abbastanza contenuti. Camera di media dimensione e bagno un po' piccolo, ma entrambi puliti e funzionali. Si riposa tranquillamente, nonostante i muri un po' sottili. Colazione con ampia scelta di ottimi dolci freschi, prevalenti rispetto al salato. Servizio gentilissimo, molto cordiale specialmente il portiere notturno, grande appassionato ed esperto della storia cittadina.

È stato un onore soggiornare in questo hotel storico scelto anche da Giuseppe Verdi e altre celebrità della storia e della letteratura italiana. Tutto nell'hotel racconta la storia dell'Italia, arredo classico ed elegante. A due passi dal Castello, l'hotel dispone di parcheggio interno ed è pet friendly. Camera in stile classico molto ampia e dotata di tutti I comfort: aria condizionata, frigo bar, bagno ampio e antico. Personale gentilissimo. Ottima la colazione che disponeva anche di croissant senza lattosio per la mia bambina intollerante al lattosio. Ottimo il rapporto qualità- prezzo.
