Popular Ferrara 4-star Hotels

This hotel is receiving a four star due to the location. Walk out to everything. Castle, Cathedral, shops, restaurants (be sure to make reservations). I was not happy that the staff decided to put us on the side of the hotel which has a building project next door. We arrived on a Sunday and didn't notice. On Monday we were up at 7am due to lots of noise. Also.... if you are driving, the Mapquest cannot help you due to lots of closed streets. I finally got out and walked in order to find a local person to tell me how to get there. After that, we drove the car to the parking garage (extra cost) and left it for two days.

This hotel was very well located a stones throw from all the major sights in the city. Breakfast was ample but took a long time to be served. Bathroom was clean but shower had no pressure. Bed was rock hard. The ladies at reception were very helpful and did what they could to improve matters which were not really in their control. Wifi did not work every day and there were no TV channels except in Italian. Lighting in room extremely poor which made it hard to even read a book. Would probably not return.

Best Western (simile the best direbbero i Black Eyed Peas). La posizione è ottimale: vicino all'uscita dell'autostrada ma raggiungi il centro in pochi minuti. Camere ampie e pulizia ben curata. Breakfast internazionale sempre un punto di forza (a mio avviso)

Ottimo hotel in posizione magnifica per visitare la città. Personale cordiale, check in veloce, camera spaziosa con letto ampio, doccia grande, bagno spazioso ma senza la ventola dell' aria nè finestra. Tastiera aria condizionata da riparare ma funzionante. Complessivamente un ottimo 4 stelle.

The hotel is located in the outskirts of the city center but it is very convenient if one is traveling by car. To arrive to downtown one needs around 15 minutes on foot. Fine for us. One can see that it had been a very elegant place, unfortunately right now needs renovation. Some things of our room were not in good condition. The heating system was not working properly but fortunately the people from the reception sent someone to fix it. We had too a little inconvenient with some kids that were making a lot of noise making it impossible to sleep. Again the problem was solved. It would say that the most outstanding offer of the hotel is the helpfulness and friendliness of some people in the reception area .There is a guy who is fantastic and I am so sorry that I can’t remember his name. The breakfast was ok. Investing some money to renovating it would be a fantastic idea!!!

Hooney Rooms Ferrara B&B super confortevole, in pieno centro, camere ampie, bellissime, ben arredate, parquet come nuovo e sottotetto in travoni di legno, splendida atmosfera, bagno ottimo sia per sistemazione sia per i sanitari in perfette condizioni (sembra tutto nuovissimo) e di ottima qualità. Pulizie accuratissime. La proprietaria, sig.ra Barbara è gentilissima e disponibile, e in caso di qualsiasi necessita' trova subito la soluzione. Il tutto a un prezzo molto conveniente. It’s a little out of the city center, about 30 minutes walking but rather than that, everything was great. Staff are all welcoming, especially helpful are the reception team with loads of advice and help. Rooms are a good size and kept very clean, all common areas are also kept clean. Breakfast is good, with great service and a good selection of hot and cold food. A really pleasant place to stay and a great price point, great value for money. I can highly recommend to everyone 😎🙏🏾

It is located in a very quiet area just a few steps from the centre, this receptional hotel is located on the ground floor with beautiful, comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. The owners are very friendly and willing to provide any information that is useful for the visit of the city and its monuments, and also for the best restaurants in the city. Breakfast is varied and prepared at the time chosen the evening before. A wide choice of house cakes, brioches, yoghurt, cereals, marmelade, honey of various kinds, etc... We had a very beautiful triple room, in the green tones. In the vicinity there is a large free parking for the car, and the structure has a garage to re-establish the bikes. Excellent quality price, very recommended, is like staying at home.
