A really great location, on a scenic lake surrounded by hills and forests. The hotel is very cosy and comfortable, the breakfasts are delicious, and the staff (especially Sandra at Reception) very friendly and helpful. The rooms with views on the lake are great, and there is a lovely lounge and bar area, as well as a games room, pool, tennis court and some water activities on the lake. A really great find for a getaway.

Convenience, cordiality, friendliness of all staff. Great breakfast. I recommend the Jr. Suite with a stunning view over the river. Excellent place to enjoy nature. Excellent for spending the days with friends or family.

After reading some reviews my expectations dropped. But in summary: hotel that is a few years old, with pleasant common areas including the living room, dining room and swimming pool. Less good: the room, small, with carpet and the bathroom was also very small. It's a shame that not all rooms facing the river have a balcony, which would undoubtedly be an improvement.

Old and dated hotel...carpet everywhere...decor reminiscent of medieval mansions...rooms with lake views are reasonable...the pool area is very unsafe and slippery...tiles are missing throughout the pool...very bad...my son slipped in the pool and had to have 12 stitches in his knee at the hospital in Abrantes......I didn't feel much interest or concern from the hotel management...I thought it was just another case...SAD Breakfast is the standard hotel breakfast.... The restaurant prices are high and the food is banal - pork ribs - 15 euros... Don't go...it's not worth it

Spectacular. The unbeatable views. Quiet and cozy place. Lovely staff. Free games: billiards, table tennis, table football, tennis, minigolf. Towels for the pool. Very varied breakfast. The food was also very good but we used to eat and dine out.
