Appartements spacieux, fonctionnels et avec une vue merveilleuse. Les cadre est magnifique et pas mal d'activités dans le coin (activités sur eau, balades,...). La piscine est géniale, avec une eau vraiment bonne, et des services et petites attentions de qualité. Le bar du lago est juste à côté. On y reviendra dès que possible. Ps : dans les améliorations si vous pouvez juste ajouter des anti-vols aux vélos, merci :)

Sítio lindíssimo para passar uns dias e descansar. É pet frendly o que é ótimo para quem tem animais, levei a minha cadela e correu tudo bem. O apartamento é espaçoso e tem tudo para fazer refeições pois não servem no local, tem um café no clube náutico onde servem refeições ligeiras e dá para desenrascar. Adoramos a estadia, a vista para o rio é fantástica, para voltar um dia sem duvida

O apartamento não estava limpo, portas, vidros bancadas sujos, resto comida pia cozinha, casa banho cheirava mal, o lencol de baixo acredito que não foi trocado, teia de aranha, mesa suja. Precisam rever urgentemente esse fator porque é de uma vista maravilhosa, tem ótimas condições

Escolhemos este local para umas mini-férias em família (com crianças). Local com uma vista fantástica. Alojamento com boas dimensões e condições higiénicas. Possui duas piscinas que tanto agradam miudos como graúdos. Por fim, todo o staff é super atencioso.

Tendo que cancelar a estadia (desenhadas férias de família) por motivos que no são totalmente alheios (viatura bloqueada por razões associados a segurança no âmbito da visita papal) contactámos a unidade hoteleira explicando a anormalidade da situação. Compreendo a política de cancelamento (1 noite de débito quando faltam menos de 5d), apelando ao facto de ser por um motivo muito excepcional, sugerimos que a unidade nos permitisse gozar esse valor (ficando em crédito) a curto prazo (ex 30/60d). Vindo de Lisboa (alges), o mais natural, seria até acabarmos por ficar mais que uma noite para justificar a viagem. A Direcção foi totalmente incompreensível e inflexível , debitando de imediato uma noite. Lamentável . Por uma noite, se perde um futuro cliente .

Excelentes apartamentos com uma ótima localização e uma boa qualidade na oferta. Têm vários serviços incluídos para usufruir de umas férias ou fim de semana entre o relax e o entretenimento. Restaurante com comida 5*, ao sábado o Buffet é espectacular. Simpatia e qualidade no serviço do pessoal. Custa a regressar à normalidade. Para voltar.

A limpeza do apartamento deve ser melhorada. Os utensílios e loiças são muito limitados. Falta um bar de apoio a piscina. O parque infantil é pequeno e sem sombras. O espaço do apartamento é enorme e com uma vista espectacular! Tem um estacionamento gratuito.

Um apartamento impossível de descrever, a melhor altura para visitar e no verão para aproveitar a 100% o hotel. Tinha imensas atividades para realizar dentro e fora do hotel. Como era apartamento também nos permitiu poupar em comer fora. Relativamente ao atendimento, foram incríveis, muito atenciosos, esclarecedores e acolhedores. Em relação, ao estacionamento foi grátis e apresentava muito espaço. A vista foi simplesmente incrível, dava para ver o lago, e a beleza de Ferreira do Zêzere. Dos melhores hotéis que já visitei e fez valer a pena cada cêntimo gasto.
