Very clean, fabulous and friendly staff. There’s a great bar for drinks in the evening and breakfast is also fab! It’s a great starting point for the Camino Ingles. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. There’s nothing we would complain about.

Situated 5km from the start of the camino Ingles this hotel was ideal for our needs. Our flight was arriving very late so their out of hours option through an automated kiosk outside was perfect for our needs. The room was rudimentary but at this price point ot was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend

Me sorprendió la increíble relación calidad/precio. Todo muy limpio, cama amplia y personal muy amable y flexible. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a ninguna duda. Está a unos 20 minutos del centro, aunque en las inmediaciones hay bares y restauración

Lo único bueno que puedo decir la ropa de cama y baño limpia, estuvimos alojados en la habitación 35 (no aparecen fotos en Internet), muy pequeña una habitación doble el armario solo disponía de 4 perchas ni siquiera unas estanterías para colocar ropa, y sin puertas. Cuando se abría la ventana, ya que no dispone de aire acondicionado, la ventana casi quedaba por encima de la cama, la ducha con cortinas de plástico que siempre tiene algún punto de moho, la iluminación del baño un foco fundido y el extractor del baño no funcionaba. El último día no dejaron papel suficiente al llamar a recepción (no está presencial las 24h.) , me comunicaron que cuando estuviera el personal de recepción bajase y me lo darían, gracias que al volver a llamar, en horario de recepción lo subieron. Dudo que en el ascensor entre una persona con silla de ruedas.

Hotel bueno para ser de una estrella, nada que envidiar a otro de tres en el que hemos estado. Tranquilo y el personal atento y amable. El único "fallo" es que los canales de TV no se sintonizaban y que si hubiese hecho más calor, sin un ventilador al menos, se hubiese pasado mala noche.

Muy buen hotel en Ferrol. No te dejes engañar por su número de estrellas, las instalaciones son excelentes, las habitaciones nuevas y el trato muy cordial. Sin duda volveré si paso por el Ferrol. Si vas a hacer el camino De Santiago el hotel está a 5 kms del punto de salida, tenlo en cuenta porque la primera etapa del camino inglés tiene 30 kms

Muy buena relación calidad precio. Hay habitaciones más modernas que otras. Nuestra planta no era la más moderna pero las camas eran comodísimas y el menaje de muy buena calidad. Muy limpio y acogedor. Hasta pasas calor con la calefacción. Se aparca bien. El personal muy amable. Recomendable. Gema
