The riad is very peaceful and colourful, with dozens of birds chirping in the yard and many beautiful flowers on the rooftop terrace. The young man, Aissa, who welcomed us and served us breakfast, was amazing, efficient, and very kind! Breakfast and dinner were delicious. The only issue was housekeeping- there was no spare roll of toilet paper and we had to ask every day for a new roll. The last day they forgot to leave towels and there was no new shower gel or bottle of water (we only had one on the first day). For the price of the room, a bottle of water would have been a bare minimum.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Riad which exceeded all our expectations. Idriss and Issa were perfect hosts, friendly warm and attentive. We felt very well cared for by them and they always so helpful with anything we ever needed. The accommodation was comfortable, clean and such a peaceful place to return to after our daily adventures in the nearby Medina. We are missing the Riad and the staff there already and we definitely would love to return there someday. Greetings and thanks to all the staff from Faye, Mavis & Gemma ❤️🕊️🌿🌴🍃🦜

Staff were great. Idriss and Issa are always there available to help and provide suggestions as needed. Both are very dedicated and I was really impressed with their attendance and attitude. Food was good. Location is amazing, near to the Souq and to parking incase you’re renting.

My wife and I spent three nights at Riad Toyour in October 2023. We had the "Faucon" room off the main atrium. Our room was spacious, with loads of storage and a safe, and the bed was very comfortable. The A/C worked well. The bathroom was a little bit "wiffy" at times, but that was a small quibble. The rooftop patio provides a good view of the city and it's a great place to sit in the evening. Everything about our stay was exceptional. The hosts were attentive and friendly but never over-bearing. The breakfasts (included in our rate) were always top-notch, with coffee coming pretty much on cue as soon as our cups were empty. We didn't want for anything while we were there. The location is very good - a few minutes' walk from the entrances to the medina, but easily accessible by cab (the entrance is two minutes' walk from the street). Wherever we wanted to go in Fes, the staff could assist us. They booked a guide for a walking tour, arranged taxis, and even got us a guide to take us to a restaurant (and pick us up afterwards!) Very highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Riad Toyour, in an old typical riad with their nice patio with singing birds and trees were we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast every morning. We had a family room that was nice, bedrooms very comfoprtable, although the bathroom could benefit from some renovation. A very nice roof terrace, and the best was the very welcome, warm and useful personel with many tips, that made us feel great. We also enjoyed an excellent dinner with them.

Where do I start! From the moment we arrived Idriss was attentive and friendly, and after our mint tea and biscuits, talked us through the amenities and showed us our rooms. The Riad Atrium was sublime, and the birds chatty! We had a family room (3 women travelling), and it was beautifully decorated and very clean. We ate at the Riad quite a few times and the food was excellent ( local beer a must!) and the breakfasts amazing! Thank you to the lovely chefs! I also made use of their Hammam service and my skin felt so fresh and clean afterwards it was joy! Also a massive thank you to our other host Issa-amazing service and along with Idriss, made our week! I genuinely felt that we were experiencing the best service I have ever had, and I have travelled! Nothing was too much trouble, organising excursions, taxis and restaurants, and giving great advice on the local area. This is one place I will definitely return too! Thank you ❤️❤️

Loved our stay here! A tranquil oasis on the edge of the medina and the perfect base to explore. Just wished we’d had more than one night there! The rooftop terrace added to the experience and a lovely place to sit at night to escape the heat. The whole place is meticulously looked after, the team are so friendly and the little touches from the rose petal soap to the beautifully prepared breakfast gave us a real taste of Morocco! For those travelling with family in August when it’s very hot, the family suite does not have air con on one side so leave the door between the rooms open!

Very hospitable hosts and they are so friendly. The rooms are also nice + location is great (near blue gates)! Pro tip: 10 MER to get from blue gates to train station. Ask taxi to turn on taxi meter, or ask for that price, else you'll pay a lot more.
