酒店很有文化也很有味道。訂了豪華套房，給了整個酒店一樓最角落的套房，又黑還不能拉開窗簾，外邊緊鄰泳池，人走來走去。估計是全酒店最差的豪華套房，物無所值。

Based on its trip advisor we walked to this hotel, it was late morning and we intended to have coffee, drinks and maybe an early lunch. We arrived in blazing sun and were met by a rude, unprofessional and unpleasant security guard who simply told us that we were unwelcome unless we had a reservation. Two reasonably well dressed tourists. Avoid !!

Her warm welcome and caring attitude made us feel so comfortable and appreciated. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful — the room was beautiful, spotless, and very cozy, and the service was always attentive and thoughtful. Every request was handled with so much care. Thank you, Mediha, and the entire team at Palais Faraj, for your kindness and for making our stay unforgettable
