"I had a fantastic stay at Alesta Yacht Hotel in Fethiye. The location near the port is perfect with beautiful views. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and kind, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!"
"The hotel is super clean and the staff is so kind and willing to support. The reception guy gave me a room with a sea view that came with a big balcony. I love it and even considered extending my stay because of the nice, clean and amazing view room. This hotel is totally recommended for solo and a couple travelers who would like to enjoy the beautiful Fethiye without spending much on hotels. Just to highlight that there is no elevator and no breakfast provided. However, there is a Migros supermarket couple of steps away from the hotel. "

"The location is great, closer proximity to many restaurants and shops as well as the port where the ferries go. The front desk service was professional and friendly. The. Breakfast looked nice but we were in a rush so the staff were nice enough to let us have some ahead of time but we didn’t try much, overall good selection though. The room was clean and comfortable."
"The hotel is on an island with a first-class view and an infinity pool. You can also go directly to the sea to swim and watch the sunset. The location is amazing. The breakfast is not bad. The hotels on the upper and lower islands will go back and forth by boat, and there is a large free parking place where the boat takes place."
"Start with the most important plus - it is absolutely stunning host of the Mustafa hotel! polite, kind, responsive, on communication 24 hours a day! It is evident that this hotel is not just a business for a person, but its favorite thing.
The hotel itself is located on the outskirts of the coastline, if so, and it was a big advantage for us: there is no crowd of holidaymakers, loud music, the smell of food and everything that is full in the centre of the resort town. Walk to the center of 20 minutes for us was no problem. There is a fenced private parking. Classic Turkish breakfast was amazing, everything very fresh and delicious. Hotel staff is quiet, smiling and attentive. The room with jacuzzi and terrace is just luxurious, the look of mindful! To the beach, minutes 2-3, left was a ”variant” with a galka, right (closer to the center) a galka and a sand, where you can locate anywhere or rent a lying (at the end of July it was 300 lira). The sea was clean and very warm, there were tangible waves. We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful (panoramic) and clean. Also in the hotel restaurant we did not have lunch or dinner, but judging by how the guests are treated here, it would definitely be at the top level! I definitely recommend!"
"The location of the hotel is very good, the downstairs is full of food, not afraid of being hungry. The little brother at the front desk is very nice and can help us call the taxi. There is a baked potato shop opposite the entrance downstairs, which is delicious. If you eat too much bread from the native country, it is also a good choice to eat baked potatoes."

Outstanding
MMaxine. We arrived at the apartment around 22.45, easy check in and I requested a later check out for our last day as wasn't flying back until 21.35. Staff said no problem and checked us in. The restaurant wasn't open on site so wasn't able to get any water or anything to drink or anywhere local to buy any as was too late. Bins were emptied daily and towels & bedding once but then realised if left on the floor in the bathroom they would be changed. Staff and cleaner were welcoming and friendly. Everything in the room to cook & Clean and toilet paper supplied daily bonus, just couldn't use the frying pan as everything stuck. Had to ask for dry towels day before last as couldn't dry them on the balcony due to weather & no sun but cleaner did change them no problem if asked, the bit of a letdown was building going on next door and the apartments using sander to sand down the chairs so couldn't sit on the balcony due to noise.
The last day came and didn't feel well so got ready to go to the chemist when we was asked to get our luggage out of the room, it was 10.50am, I reminded him that he told us we could stay in the room until 17.00 but he then replied they are full but, we could pay an extra night and keep the room? we packed our things and went to our friends. We told the apartment how disappointed we was, if you check in late they should cater for this when checking out not try telling you they are fully booked but if you pay a full extra night you can stay. What a shame.
GGuest UserIt's all fine.
The seaside restaurant 100 meters away is very good and very comfortable, and the breakfast is too rich.
You can wash clothes and pile up clothes for a few days to solve.
The room did not supply mineral water, which was inconvenient. Although the customer service front desk sent a bottle of water that was canned by itself
AAichixiguadebeibeiThe hotel is in an excellent location, not far from the bus station, a 5-minute walk to the pier, and a 20-minute walk to the castle; the first impression was particularly good because the welcome drinks when checking in were very special, Turkish coffee and Turkish black tea, which showed that they were very attentive. The room facilities and equipment are very new, and the double basin design, the hair dryer is the latest model of all the hotels in this trip to Turkey, other hotels are very old models and it is difficult to dry hair. The room has a small terrace where you can blow the sea breeze and bask in the sun, which is very comfortable; there is a small gallery next to the lobby where you can visit, full of artistic atmosphere; the restaurant has a good atmosphere, and guests staying in the hotel have a 10% discount. We sat for a while after dinner because of the good atmosphere. The products are amazing, which is a must in Turkey, a food desert; breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, not a buffet, because they are in a hurry to catch the flight, they are a little slow, but the attitude is very good
MMan ChingWe arrived early in the morning.
She'll leave us a key if she speaks.
We're paragliding in the morning.
Merve was very thoughtful in preparing the morning :)
Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night.
GGuest UserThe room is very clean and the environment is elegant. The front desk is very welcoming. Standing on the balcony overlooking the sea, eating breakfast and watching paragliding 🪂 It is also very close to the beach. It's really fun!
BBujinlkhamPeaceful in the night. You can catch mini bus right beside the hotel so you can get to the beach easily. Center center is in walking distance. But there’s no crossroads which was seemed bit dangerous to walk around.
NNikita SamsonovThe hotel location is amazing but the service is the worst one I’ve ever experienced.
I’ll share my story with you:
They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting.
I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think.
So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice.
So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday.
I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”.
Absolutely worst service experience ever.
GGuest UserThe place has an amazing view! (Family room, 1 queen + 2 singles). You will enjoy it every breakfast and dinner!
The owner speaks very good English as well. You don't need to worry about language problems.
The room is quite clean. I didn't give full points because we cleaned the Terrace floor by ourselves as it was very dusty (I consider this is ok, as it does get dusty after 2 days) and the edges of the shower cell door were not perfectly cleaned.
You need to climb up on the steep hill and the place is at the end of it. Therefore you have a great view; however, this also means many cars will pass by and loud. You don't need to really worry about the sound during sleep, as the window seals the sounds off. There are e-louvers that can also block lights in the morning. (I do recommend getting up early and enjoy the nice dawn view.
You can cook there, but you should definitely prepare a portable kitchen knife.
It's also close to dolmus (local bus) station and the best coffee (La Farine & Patisserie) we found in the whole tourist area.
GGuest UserWe had an amazing experience. The hotel is located in a very lively place with many restaurants and shopping stores around it. We booked a superior room with sea view and the view was gorgeous where you can see the harbor, the sea, and the mountains. The room was spacious and allowed us to feel comfortable throughout our vacation. Fuat in the reception is an extraordinary person. He made our vacation one of a kind by suggesting excellent excursions with an excellent tourist company and booking for us a marvelous restaurant in one of the Islands with a great sunset view. Fuat is extremely helpful and truly a nice guy who made a difference to our experience as he is very kind and helpful.
MMichael LionaronsSince this was our first foreign trip together, I wanted our four nights here to be a special treat. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi suite with sea view was a major disappointment and downright waste of money. The balcony jacuzzi was unusable since the water was, at best, lukewarm, and the water pressure poor. However, the breathtaking view from our room was simply to die for. Unfortunately, that's what I almost did since the guardrail on the balcony had a bolt unfastened and shifted dangerously under my weight!
Inside, the wallpaper was coming off the walls in several places but the ac worked well and the bed was comfy.
The manager did his best to remedy the problems and even offered to move us to another suite which we declined since it was smaller and had a lesser view. And there lies the redeeming quality of this hotel. It's staff! Everyone from the restaurant manager to the activities director was geniunly friendly and helpful. No fake smiles or canned greetings.
Despite the disappointment of paying for a jacuzzi that we couldn't use, the amazing view from our balcony and the wonderful staff made our stay at King Royal Palace Ölüdeniz truly memorable.
