The large common terrace has an outdoor shower, a laundry room and a barbecue corner with table and chairs.
The housing units are all very welcoming, convenient and comfortable. The rooms, large and bright, are very functional and all equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning.
Each room also has satellite Tv. The kitchens are well equipped and, in the cooking area, they all have a 4-burner hob, a fan oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and all the necessary crockery; present table, chairs and even an iron and ironing board. Given the size of the rooms, many of the kitchens also have comfortable sofa beds which make them very hospitable by acting as living room kitchens.
