I stayed at this hotel in room 704.The view from the room was lovely.It had a view of the beach.The bed was firm which I prefer.The room had a refrigerator with a mini bar,microwave, dishes and a safe. I booked a facial and massage in the spa.The entire experience was bad.The masseuse was very unprofessional, she didn't leave the room when I disrobed.In fact she stood there and waited and gawker at my body and actually commented on my appearance. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. From there it was just weird,she actually clumbed o the table and stadled me.The massage was basically a back rub that cost 90.00 dollars! When I woke up today my back actually was hurting and I have a not on my neck.I have a masseuse that I see regularly so I am very familiar with massages.I would not recommend this spa.In my opinion I don't think the masseuse or the lady who did my facial were licensed professionals

I've been going to Figueira for years, finally had an opportunity to stay at Sweet, and I loved it. Ask for an upper floor for the best views. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are very comfortable, and the bed and sheets are high quality. The building is getting old and showing signs of ageing (aesthetically), but I'll definitely be staying here again!

We booked for a long Valentines weekend only to arrive and be told after check in on Friday that the restaurant was closed with no room service or bar until Monday. Breakfast was still available though and was great apart from hot food was not very hot and on cold plates. Reason given for closed facilities was lack of clients. We complained that we should have been told this on booking and were about to move to Mercure next door (fully open with very helpful receptionist who was astounded at what Sweet Atlantic had done) when Sweet Atlantic offered a discount to stay. We decided to do so as the suite was good, in excellent condition with kitchenette, mini bar and 2 balconies (although no table or chairs on them). Not very comfortable sofa though. Also there are great bars and restaurants close by, and housekeeping was very good. At the reduced rate the hotel was ok value although would definitely have preferred the facilities to be open and pay full rate.

Limpeza deixa muito a desejar… (principalmente por baixo dos sofás cama, que arrastamos para poder junta-los) Serviço de bar não está disponível depois das 23h … Reservamos uma suite (valor alto), nem spa nem pequeno almoço é incluído … A piscina é interdita a menos de 14 anos e nem alternativas há para os mais pequenos … chato para levar crianças … A imagem da tv sempre a falhar (TDT) Vista bonita e cama confortável. Suite bem equipada ( microondas, lavatório, chaleira e minibar) Recepcionista simpática e esclarecedora.

Ficamos 3 dias no hotel, de onde destacamos: espaço agradável, silencioso, quarto grande, cheio de luz natural e com varanda exclusiva. Espaço bastante agradável. Pequeno almoço com qualidade e horário alargado. De referir qe não têm garagem gratuita, mas avenida principal à porta com lugares gratuitos (fora do verão). Aconselhamos!

Foram 3 noites bem passadas neste hotel! Quarto muito espaçoso, o staff simpático, o pequeno almoço bem confeccionado. Usufruimos do spa e de massagens sem que tenhamos nada a apontar. A única coisa que não me agradou foi o facto de, mesmo com o papel na porta a dizer não incomodar, um dia ligaram a perguntar se queria que fossem limpar o quarto e no outro bateram à porta. Ainda assim recomendo o espaço!

Otimo Hotel. Bem moderno e de frente para o mar. Quartos bem amplos e arejados e limpos. Cafe da manhã (pequeno almoço) bem sortido. Atendimento na recepção de primeira qualidade, com recepcionistas bem atenciosas. A Garagem bem minuscula.
