For an Agriturismo you really have great value for money, I read some people expecting a *** hotel-alike accommodation and service which isn't the case but shouldn't be expected. Getting there is a bit of an adventure as you climb up in the hills above Pontremoli. There are great hiking possibilities from there all around. The rooms are huge and comfortable. One downside in the rooms is the lack of airco as it is really hot during midsummer period. The bio-pool is huge and very nice. I can agree with some comments that more shade areas should be welcome around the pool. Since this year they have a small bar from 11.30h to 18h (I think) and it really is an improvement for drinks and service while at the poolside. Depending on the visitors, it can be quit loudy around the pool. Maybe some guidance from the staff would be welcome to keep people a bit quiet. The restaurant (also open for non-residents) has very nice menu but we would prefer they stick to the local and traditional cuisine, which isn't always the case, but that's a matter of taste and expectations. We had 3 dinners and a pranzo during our 5 days stay. Cornelia is a delightful, helpful and open host and we were very happy to see her again. We will certainly return.

Place located in the middle of nature, with a beautiful view. Attention to every detail, huge and comfortable bed, very large room and bathroom. Very kind and smiling staff. Beautiful bio-pool. Maximum availability of the owner, we will definitely return for a relaxing weekend.

Paradise all of a sudden. This is a heavenly structure where relaxation is guaranteed. The rooms are wonderful, characteristic. Mine with a view of the pool lit up in the evening, spectacular. The pool surrounded by greenery looks like a painting. The owner and the staff are helpful and very kind. We had dinner and the chef offered us some special dishes that were really tasty and never banal. Congratulations, we will be back soon

Exorbitant price for a double room without air conditioning, without bidet, without mini-bar, with a rickety camp bed as a third bed and a persistent smell of mold. Breakfast €15 per person for low-quality products. Lunch 5 sandwiches with vegetables and raw ham, 2 portions of chips 1 juice 2 bottles of water €64. Dinner à la carte with little choice and miserable portions. Very poorly maintained outdoor greenery and no privacy between rooms. Of this structure I only save the very scenic bio-lake pool and the kindness of three waiters; I would say a little too little compared to what we spent!

I stayed in the apartment with my family. Environment with attention to every detail, comfort and beauty at 360 degrees. Excellent balance between nature and comfort, relaxation guaranteed! It's worth exactly what it costs and if I think about how often I've spent my money badly in nightmare apartments or villages disguised as eco-resorts.. here I would wish for a Podere Conti in many holiday destinations that I love, especially in Tuscany! Ps: I'm sorry to read some reviews that are forcedly unbalanced and untrue in my opinion.

Located in the hills of Lunigiana, not easy to reach, a real farmhouse. Pleasant air, really interesting menu, excellent flavors. Welcoming owner, efficient staff. A surprise to recommend!

La struttura si trova sulle colline di pontremoli la strada di accesso è un po stretta ma una volta arrivati la vista e il locale vi faranno dimenticare tutto. Bellissimo il locale (ho usufruito solo del ristorante) ma penso anche le camere. Cucina di ottima qualità anche se con poca varietà buono il servizio prezzi un po eccessivi

Diceva George MacDonald che “il lavoro non è sempre necessario. Esiste una cosa chiamata ozio sacro.” Io dico che aveva proprio ragione! Siamo passati da Podere Conti per una pausa lungo un viaggio e non avremmo potuto regalarci niente di meglio: ozio, relax, biolago, pace, semplicità curata, camera sul giardino davvero accogliente, divano nel portico molto carino, colazione continentale super, cena incredibile con un risotto affumicato che era una poesia… insomma una pausa apprezzatissima! Sinceri complimenti a tutto il personale. Ci si sente coccolati e si gode di un luogo davvero incantevole. Contiamo di tornare nuovamente e fermarci un po’ di più! Se cercate una pausa in santa pace ed una coccola, questo posto fa per voi.
