We loved our stay at the Crows Nest. This was our 1st time using this site and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The facilities were great. From pitch quality, bathroom/showers, pub, chippy, reception and amazing view of the sea with walkways, I don't think there's anything else we could have asked for in a caravan site. The site catered for families and individuals. It was quiet but with a great atmosphere. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely be back as the location opened up so many options for day trips to different towns, like Filey, Scarborough and York to name a few. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Quiet as you would expect for this weekend, everying was in a clean and relaxed atmosphere, staff were very accommodating, thanks to the chips we didn't starve. Would recommend using the bottom pitches if you have any walking disability s as much flatter and closer to amenities but highly recommended

In perfect spot for me 3ml to Filey on the coastal path and 5ml to Scarborough Bus stop just a short walk. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Bar and pool weren't open, early March, but looked well after. Two different locals I met mentioned it was one of the best in the area. Would definitely go back

This was our first time camping at this site and we wasn't disappointed. Booking in was quick and easy and the map to the site was handy too, being able to just pitch where you wanted was good and we was able to pitch on the fence side facing the sea although we had to wait 4 hours because of the wind ( but that's camping for you) water point and rubbish bins was nice and close. The shower and toilet blocks was clean and warm and at times were rather busy but we found if we went later in the evening it was generally quiet. Washing up facilities had lovely hot water and the shop was well stocked and surprisingly cheap. Excellent fish and chips which had a bit of a wait because it was so busy and the food was fried in beef dripping. The pool and changing rooms was great although it could possibly be better if there was a day pass for it. There was good evening entertainment for both adults and for kids and the bars had a good selection of drinks and the games room was a nice touch too. I didn't have much interaction with staff but the ones we did was friendly, the children's play area was also good. the site itself was clean and tidy and all in all was a positive experience. We will be booking again next year and my in-laws are coming too. Thanks for a great time and see you next year. Nick matthew

Went with young family and friends for two nights. Camp site is lovely and well kept with gorgeous views if you manage to get pitched near the cliff end of the site. Good toilet and shower facilities including larger family rooms and even sink cubicles which i haven't come across before. Didnt use other facilities like swimming pool, chip shop or shop so can't comment on these. No set pitches for non electric which meant me and my friend were easily able to pitch up next to each other. Did have an issue though with someone pitching up nearly ontop of my friends tent, early hours of the morning, using offensive and then threatening language. This was greatfully dealt with promptly by the site and allowed us to continue having a great time at this wonderful site. Would highly recommend the site to others and likely to return again :).

We love coming here perfect position on the east coast, to walk to Filey or Scarborough. The site it’s self is immaculate from the shower and toilet blokes near the electric hook-ups which are cleaned all the time and the chippy is a must, massive portions for a really good price. also with an on site shop and bar you can’t go wrong

Great site with plenty to do and good facilities, would make an excellent family.holiday with children with swimming pool, entertainment, parks, good well stocked shop and chip shop on site, we travelled as a couple on a touring pitch, good size level pitches, toilets and showers great except a few cobwebs, amazing sea views from a short walk to the Tent pitches, excellent bus service from the site entrance and you can go anywhere in Yorkshire for £2 a trip Karen Breen

We stayed for 2 nights but wish it was longer. Only our second trip in our tourer but it was brilliant. Facilities, location, pitch size and staff were all great. No complaints at all. We did swimming which we all enjoyed and ate at the chip shop which was delicious. Pub was great too, no entertainment as football was on but still had a good night. Shop stocks a great range of items too.
