One night on the France-Italy journey and that was enough for us! Uncomfortable beds, unsuitable family room (automatic light in the staircase unpleasant at night) Breakfast OK, however restaurant to avoid (very expensive for a buffet, with prices not displayed and difficult to obtain) Note that it is announced that French is spoken by the staff, this is not the case. The view is very beautiful…

Great room size, great mattress, small table, washbasin in the room. Toilet/shower in the hallway (just under 3m away), very clean. Breakfast was sufficient, with a fantastic view of Lake Walen. Unfortunately no shower products. Staff were not very attentive at breakfast. (okay, people with cognitive impairments, but there were enough care staff available)

Nice hotel, nice view, people at the reception very friendly! However, we slept very badly, the bed too small, the desk stuck to the bed, not ideal. Breakfast to avoid! There was nothing! No croissant, no fruit! Coffee cost me a lot!

Das Essen ist eher ein Kantineessen und war sehr enttäuschend. Die Zimmer sind sehr ringhörig, weshalb ich nicht gut geschlafen habe. Das Servicepersonal war teilweise unfreundlich. Das Beste war die schöne Lage. Ich komme bestimmt nicht wieder.

Mit einer Gruppe von Oldtimer für das British Car Meeting Mollis mit knapp 20 Personen angereist - wohlgemerkt natürlich unter längerer Voranmeldung. Das Einchecken war etwas holprig, obwohl alles Personalien bekannt war - Abendessen dann eher von der gewöhnungsbedürftigen Art - mit zu wenig Nachspeisen auf dem Buffet. Am zweiten Morgen war um 7 Uhr nichts vorbereitet fürs Frühstück obwohl angemeldet… zwar war die Mitarbeitende von der Reception bemüht, etwas zu retten, aber nach 30 Minuten sind wir mit hungrigen Magen in Richtung Mollis aufgebrochen… Zimmer sind mit toller Aussicht (Seeseite) aber obwohl als Doppelzimmer buchbar, eher klein. Der Gesamteindruck ansonsten war sauber und schön eingerichtet.
