"The hotel is old and the color lights are dark. But the facilities are complete, there is an indoor pool, and you can also sauna. If you can renovate it, I believe it will be a very good hotel. Very close to Dublin Airport. I think I should go again, after all, there are not many hotels with swimming pools."

"Had to come to help my mother in law into a care home so hillview was close and was ideal nice room and good breakfast and nice man who waited till we got there because we were delayed at luton airport for hour and a half nice people nice location thanks guys"

This was my third stay in the hotel, most recently, April 2025 I stayed in a rooftop balcony suite. King-size bed, living area, balcony and loads more. Great comfy rooms"

"We stayed here after a long flight into Dublin Airport and were surprised how close it is to the airport! Less than 10 minute drive to a lovely little town with many nice restaurants and bars. You can also drive into Malahide in less than 10 minute too. The hotel itself was lovely with a large room and nice bathroom. The staff were very friendly and there is parking at the hotel. There is a bar on site so it can be a little loud but there wasn’t noise too late at night so I wouldn’t let this put anyone off staying here"

"We stayed here on our last night of a two week Ireland vacation to be near the airport for an early flight. We arrived in the evening and no air conditioning in our room!!! No one told us at check-in and I do not recall seeing anything about no ac on the website when booking. I looked on the company website prior to booking in addition to Trip.com. I purposely looked at each of our accommodations for air conditioning. Staff told us they were updating the hotel and there was a sign in the elevator. Nope, no sign about air conditioning in the elevator. It was too late to find another hotel when we realized we would not have air. Of the two windows in our room, only one opened. We were lucky it was not too hot and left first thing in the morning to get out of there.
Some communication would have been nice or at least apologies."
