The above hotel in Italy is classed as a 4☆ hotel, so I was expecting decent food but I would class it as a 2☆. The food was the worst I've ever had, the dinners were disgusting and the breakfast very poor. One of the courses was always pasta with fish but no fish ever appeared with that. We laughed, as on our last night our potatoes was a plate of crisps in the middle of the table, and mostly the food was lukewarm. I never saw this before in my life. The staff were hopeless and didn't know what they doing and the so called boss was extremely rude and shouted at people. The bar was practically non existent near the reception and there was rarely a bar man in sight, nobody seemed to have any training or had any English. The Travel Department should not use this hotel, it was outside the town and also located in a bad place.

Hotel was appalling. It felt like they had already closed for winter, that we were a major inconvenience. Spa was closed for our week. None of the staff wanted to be there, BUT they didn't want us there either. Bar very poor, on day 1, we asked for a soft drink, we were offered Tonic water, nothing else available. I purchased Sprite in local supermarket next door. It was downhill from there. Threadbare towels, T-towels for hand towels in bathroom, plastic shower curtain hanging off rail. I don't have enough space to continue. We were with a tour group, so were stuck here. Would most definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

This hotel is quiet a distance from the village a very steep hill to the village very dark at night. The food was quite poor and despite the wine being purchased in euro shop next door for a few euro was €25 to order with dinner. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Quite traditional, comfortable hotel. Rich breakfast, good food, spacious common areas and welcoming rooms. Old-style but not uncomfortable bathroom. My favorite area was the spa and beauty center, really pleasant in furnishings and services.

Conosco questo meraviglioso hotel dall'età di 10 anni. Era infatti il 1983 quando con i miei familiari soggiornammo così per caso qui e ininterrottamente fino alla fine degli anni 90. Sono tornato poi da solo dopo una ventina d'anni perché avevo nostalgia di Fiuggi, ma soprattutto dell'hotel Fiuggi Terme. Quest'anno (dopo 7 anni) sono ritornato, portando con me i miei genitori per far rivivere anche a loro, quel bellissimo, felice e rilassante periodo trascorso in passato. Che dire....tutto fantastico, ma più di allora. Dalla struttura che è stata interamente ristrutturata, alla creazione di un ampio e pulito centro benessere, le camere ampie, pulite e confortevoli, il cibo sublime, il personale gentilissimo. Insomma...lo consiglio vivamente ! Complimenti, infine, alla proprietaria (sig.ra Cinzia) e ai suoi 3 figli (Valerio, Luca e Giulia) per come gestiscono questo grande, rilassante e meraviglioso Hotel di 4 stelle, che a parer mio ne meriterebbe 5 !

Resort veramente molto bello,eccellente pulizia della camera,colazione deliziosa e molto varia,sia di dolce sia salata.Cibo molto buono,complimento allo chef.Personale sempre disponibile,il signor Gianni è una persona eccezionale sempre pronto in qualsiasi nostra richiesta.Consigliato.

Ho alloggiato in questo Hotel dal 28 febbraio al 3 Marzo 2025 con la mia famiglia, chiedendo preventivamente una camera per disabili in sedia a rotelle via mail , dopo loro conferma ho effettuato la prenotazione, ma purtroppo arrivati in loco abbiamo constatato che la camera non era accessibile: piatto doccia che presentava uno scalino di circa 20cm , il bidet accanto al water, che non permetteva l’ affiancamento della sedia a rotelle, mancanza di doccino laterale al water, mancanza di maniglioni, praticamente il bagno non può essere assolutamente definito un BAGNO ACCESSIBILE AD UN DISABILE CON RIDOTTE CAPACITÀ MOTORIE!!! Hanno proposto una seconda camera …. La situazione del bagno era la medesima… ho dovuto lavarmi con mille difficoltà e con l aiuto di mia moglie e mia figlia nella vasca da bagno anch’ essa non adeguata. Uno spazio esterno dotato di parcheggio riservato, la SPA ha solo il bagno turco accessibile. Inoltre abbiamo rinunciato alla mezza pensione poiché il cibo proposto non era di qualità !! Personale molto gentile e disponibile!! Ritengo che l’ hotel non possa essere definito un 4 stelle!! Inoltre non hanno avuto l accortezza, dopo ripetute segnalazioni, di non addebitare la tassa di soggiorno come previsto dalla legge!!
