We booked a hotel to spend the night and go to the airport in the morning.
Check-in until 23:00. They charged us +15 euros to the cost of accommodation for waiting for us at the reception for 15 minutes.
The room is, to put it mildly, not very good, it is impossible to sleep, you can hear everything happening in the house (closing the entrance and interior doors, if someone goes to the bathroom, then the light is on in our room and conversations behind the wall, of course)

Do not stay at this place. It is run by a dangerous criminal who will try to steal your money by charging extra fees that are not described at the time of booking. If you refuse to pay, this person could become dangerous, putting you and your belongings at risk. Call the police immediately.

The accommodation was unclean and smelled of cigarette smoke, damp and air freshener. No effort had been made to clean/sanitise after the previous guest(s) - half-opened bottle in the fridge, dirty/sticky drawer contents/table covering, etc etc. First impressions count and on this occasion we turned round and walked away. Disappointing. As the Isola Verde refused to give us a full refund I feel obliged to leave a review.
