Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff, only minutes from ski lift and hiking trails. Hotel has comfy, modern rooms. The food is excellent with the half board option, very good selection at breakfast buffet. Choice of 2 different saunas and a hamam in the wellness area.

The hotel is well situated, within walking distance of the starjet chair lift (albeit uphill!). Our room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space. All staff members are friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and the spa area is great. The hotel has a ski room downstairs and there is a ski hire shop next door.

We went for a romantic night away in the Alps, following a day of skiing. Great hotel, modern and clean. Friendly staff, close to the slopes, great facilities! Nice spa after a day of skiing. Can’t wait to visit again!

The hotel is very modern. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very varied and it was always replenished. A friendly staff. A dog bed was even put in the room for our dog and treats were available. Unfortunately we were only in transit for one night and couldn't use the wellness area. But we will certainly come back.

Service and cleanliness at a high level, good breakfast even though it repeats itself every day. Pampering free spa facilities. Bed and room design are excellent. Comfortable and quiet location highly recommended

After ten days of staying at the hotel, I can say it was a pleasure. The hotel is very new, decorated rooms are suitable for families, the view from the room is lovely and overlooks the town, excellent breakfast, the place is very clean - and the staff was all kind and helpful. In short, highly recommended!

It was fantastic! Hotel is super cute, with full mountain vibe, personnel is very friendly and polite, rooms clean, food great, especially breakfast! Also only few mintes wqlk from the lift with ski depo next to it, so super convenient! We will come back!

In januari 2025 hebben wij twee kamers geboekt, voor een relatief hoge prijs. Voor dat geld lagen de verwachtingen hoog. Deze zijn echter niet ingelost. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is ver te zoeken! De kamer is netjes, weinig op aan te merken. Het eten is zeer slecht! Vooral het avondeten. Bijna alles is buffet, er wordt weinig tot niets uitgeserveerd. Het eten in bakken lijkt niet vers bereid. Sfeerloos restaurant. Geen muziek, geen tafelkleed, geen gedekte tafels, geen kaarsje. Het is meer een fastfood restaurant gevoel. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, maar werkt er enkel om geld te verdienen. Dat zeggen ze ook letterlijk. Ze verstaan het vak niet en zijn weinig professioneel. Ze hebben er niet veel plezier in. Ze lijken ook niet aangestuurd te worden door een hotel of restaurantmanager. De keuken is chaotisch. De kok komt vaak de bakken checken, evenals de bediening, maar bijvullen is niet aan de orde. Het ontbijt is best prima. Maar ook zeker niet het beste ontbijt. Je moet alles zelf doen in dit restaurant. Het lijkt allemaal zo efficiënt en goedkoop mogelijk georganiseerd. Wij gaan hier nooit meer terugkomen!
