One of the nicest Premier Inn stays I've had- the room was exceptionally clean, larger than most Premier Inn rooms and generally slightly better than the average room in general! There are places to improve, but this may have just been our own experience. Upon arrival, none of the check-in machines worked, and despite buzzing it took a long while for staff to arrive, though they were friendly once they arrived. My only other concern is that on arrival to our room, the door was unlocked and ajar, but in the grand scheme of things that is not a major issue. Generally, it was a great experience! Room: The room itself was large, incredibly well cleaned and with a wonderful view and everything was in good working order. The TV was a good location to the bed, it was pleasant to have a plug socket by the bed (lacking with many Premier Inns!), and the Silentnight mattress was wonderful - I've struggled to sleep with older Premier Inn mattresses, but these are wonderful. Amazing coffee, amazing tea, and I love the fact they use glass mugs! The bathroom was a perfect size, with the bath, like with most Premier Inns, being massive, perfect to relax. Location: Fleet Station is a five-minute walk away with regular direct trains to London, Basingstoke and Portsmouth, thus this hotel is perfect for overnight stays where reliant on a train service. Fleet Town Centre is approximately a 15 minute walk- there isn't much between the two, but there is a wide pavement with the area being safe to walk down. It's not in a bad location for the town, fast walkers could be there in ten minutes!
