Located in a small Industrial area, relatively close to the Centre of the Town, with plenty of parking and some lawn outside the building. The hotel bar was good and the staff very accommodating to our cycling group, who had all turned up somewhat damp after a very wet day. Would recommend this location.

This was the hotel selected for a coach tour. New when I saw that a continental breakfast would be supplied, however, no other meals were available. With the hotel being 20 walk from the main town area, it was not suitable for everyone to get food. Local deliveries when busy. The bar even ran out of beer. Room is basic but quiet. Would have been nice to have a kettle at least in the room.

when I arrived, the hotel is very old France so not very welcoming... When I wanted to go to bed, I opened the bed and involuntarily I also removed the bottom sheet. Horror because the mattress pad was full of black hair, long so obviously not mine. I wondered if I would stay... Then I saw that there was a bottom sheet that I had taken off and so I put it back on. But I reported it the next morning but nothing more..... I find it pathetic on the part of an IBIS STYLE which should have a certain standard of it. My rating is 1 out of 20. Plus lepetit dej, plus any qye....

La grille tarifaire appliquée ne correspond pas à la prestation fournie. I IBIS CDG dans aéroport est moins cher . Le prix n'est pas adapté au marche de Flers. L'accueil par une apprenti qui ne maitrise pas le logiciel de gestion des reservations et facturation est inacceptable

Le personnel est très agréable, les chambres fonctionnelles et le petit déjeuner est complet. De plus l hôtel dispose d'un parking gratuit. Cet établissement est situé en périphérie du centre ville et à proximité de la gare SNCF

Nous aimons choisir les hotel ibis styles, celui-ci ne fait pas parti de nos meilleurs. Literie très bien, climatisation parfait. Les petits déjeuner beaucoup de choix. Pour la télévision dans la chambre très mauvaise réception. Salle de bain moyennement propre. La partie salon à l'accueil le mobilier très défraîchi.

Réserver par téléphone au prix de 92€ arrivé 1 heure plus tard et payer 139€ sans possibilité de refuser ms chambre car avec l'emprunte de la carte nous vous facturerons le prix de la chambre. Odeur de cigarette dans la chambre et mobilier en mauvais état. Quand au papier toilette , je me suis cru retourné en enfance au collège à s'essuyer avec du papier glacer. Disparition de la bouteille d'eau de bienvenue ( pour la planète biensur 😀 ) qui pourrait être remplacé par une carafe . (D'autres hôtel avec moins de "Styles " et moins de prestige le font) Pas la peine de chercher du beurre demi- sel au petit-déjeuner ni de jus d'orange il n'y en a tout simplement pas et si vous pensiez prendre un deuxième café, attendez vous à une réflexion en bonne et due forme. Bref , ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens dans cet hôtel, j'y allais même régulièrement, mais là la dégradation est flagrante.

Chambre unitilisable car evacuation douche bouchée chambre numero 2 au rdc de l hôtel ma femme qui est handicapée a pris sa douche mais comme l eau ne s evacuait j ai dis l aider a terminer sa douche car elle glissait au risque de chuter voyant cela je n ai pû prendre ma douche .nous avons été particulièrement mécontent que nous n avons même pas pris de petit déjeuner. C est une honte pour un hôtel 3 étoiles au vu du prix de la chambre.j espère que notre avis sera pris en compte et que nous aurons un geste commercial de la part du groupe accor.
