Mauritius is really a beautiful country where you can feel free and at ease. Choose this hotel over thousands of times.
Environment: very good
Health: Not bad
Service: It's really bad. I can't speak English and I said I don't understand. My husband was not allowed to eat at dinner because he didn't bring long pants. He said he was disheveled. It's understandable because basically French people asked the guest room to order food and directly said no, and takeout was also not allowed.
Overall, have a great time traveling and remember to bring some pants and a suit.

This was na excellent experience. Ash was an amazing host, demonstrating flexibility, organisation and customer experience mind set. Olivier and Yun… at the beach bar were exceptional!! The last day, Ash and Housekeeping team decorated our villa in valentines vibe!! All the team did a great job making us feeling at home! Excellent experience to do it again, for sure!

Really great hotel. Shame we couldn’t have stayed for longer, but we enjoyed our time here nonetheless. Everything was immaculate from the grounds, to the villa, to the staff. If you’re looking for 5 star luxury on the west coast then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place!

This hotel for the most discerning tastes The hotel is the most wonderful of which we have vacationed around the world A private pool near the villa is an excellent solution for people looking for privacy during vacation. Great breakfast menu, several restaurants for dinner. Thanks to our manager Aki we felt at home. 24/7 he solved all our queries. We are very grateful for the cleanliness of the villa and care of Babita and her team. Personal on the beach were very attentive to our needs. We will come again, again & again

Maradiva is most definitely a magical place and one that we would highly recommend. The hotel is situated in the most beautifully maintained grounds. Beautiful by day and stunning by night. The unspoilt beach was kept natural with trees creating a natural canopy in areas. There’s still that wonderful service if you needed a drink, food or towel though! Huge shout out of the nicest beach team ever; Veen, Kay and Zidane! We miss the sunsets! The spa is an amazing experience not to forget. Although pricey, it really is tailor-made for each individual. Thank you Dr Praveen The food, service, accommodation and hospitality are exceptional. All of the staff throughout the hotel, restaurants, spa and grounds are so helpful and friendly without it feeling forced . You could tell that they cared about each guest. Thank you Kanen, Rishi, Pritila, Kenny, Babita and Doombay, you were all amazing. A special thanks goes to Shenaz – you are a credit to the hotel. One point to note, this isn’t an adult only hotel so families with young children may also be staying. If you are looking for complete peace and tranquillity, this may not be the perfect place for you. We made some very special memories at Maradiva and it will hold a special place in our heart. We had a wonderful time at this great hotel. We choose 2 bedroom villa. The villa is spacious, comfortable with a swimming pool. Staff is nice, friendly and responsive . Big thanks to Aki, Sharon, Hisha. The hotel area is beautiful and well-groomed.

I have been to Maradiva over 5times. This time was even more special. The service was 5+++, specially the “ WhatsApp / Butler service,”, you could ask Kanen anything and within minutes our requests were actioned with a smile. The food was created by one of the best chefs and sous chefs we have ever known. Thank you Maradiva for the “best in the world “ experience.
