Location is really great, very close to the hiking trail we went. They also did a free upgrade for our room as the period we stayed were not high season. Room view is super nice. Room also very spacious. Shower is hot and strong. Definitely delightful experience.

I can only recommend the beautiful Hotel des Alpes in Flims ❤️! The hospitality of the hotel staff was amazing throughout our stay and they really stole our hearts when they organized a warm welcome to our two dogs by providing them with a nice bed, as well as food and water bowls. The hotel is in excellent central location and the rooms are modern and clean. A modern swimming pool with a fantastic mountain view was just a cherry on top of this amazing experience. Keep up the good work!!

We stayed a week with family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Guido does a great job and the pizza restaurant is as good as pizza restaurants get! We found it a little odd that the hotel has no traditional bar - the original now a small Japanese style restaurant

Very cozy and clean hotel with warm and friendly staff. Well situated with bus to ski lifts i 3 minutes and bus stop just behind the hotel. Restaurant has the best pizza I have probably had anywhere in the world! Great shops also close by. Can’t wait to visit again.

Short break 4 days,,,Warm welcome in the hotel by (Sebastian) beautiful renovated and clean rooms with balcony,,,mega view of the mountains,,,very good breakfast buffet,,,the highlight was always the evening meal (half board) in the hotel's own restaurant il forno, we love Italian cuisine and Italian wines,,,very attentive and friendly service,,,Mr Mettler (the boss) greeted all guests every evening (which you see too rarely here in Aargau/Zurich these days),,, good public transport connections,,, tip: buy mountain railway tickets at reception,,, for us it was a successful short break,,, we'll be back,,, Lisa & Ueli

The owner-managed hotel is located in the quieter and less touristy Flims-Waldhaus district. It's right near the post bus station, providing excellent public transport connections. The rooms are newly renovated, spacious, and all have a balcony. The real highlight is the staff. Super friendly, competent, and simply fantastic. A little tip: Buy your mountain railway tickets at the hotel. It's much cheaper!
