"I really enjoyed my trip it's clean the front desk is nice they are always at your call if you need something and I really like the cleanness of the rooms and I think I'm going to stay again but yeah they're very supportive in every way I'm making you feel comfortable"

"It was under renovation so you cannot really expect much but the rooms were clean very private we had no problems with anything we came in about 2:00 in the morning I love it because it's close to businesses shopping food anything we needed was right around us"

"Room was clean, however, the bed sheet had cuts in them. There was no bath mat in the room and that made the tile floor very slippery when wet. They do have a breakfast but it’s pay as you go, not like free breakfast at other hotel in the area."

"This was my second stay at this location and I was very pleased both times. The staff(front desk) greeted everyone as the entered the door, my room was excellent, very clean and I love the decor in the hotel. My #1 choice of stay for this area. "

"The room and hotel was great. I don’t like that you do have to pay.$20 per day for parking or you will need to use the city parking but you can’t park over night as city parking expires at midnight. The location has no pool but has a nice roof top. Drinks were pretty reasonable. Over all it was nice."

"Service was ok. Could use some training- at check-on my key was set on the counter and the lady just walked away…
Location is good!- Meijer is down the street.
My room- the tub was dirty. Curtains stained. Floor was wet from the fridge (I think), which also wasn’t working. Called front desk and was told they would send someone up or something and never got a follow up call.
Once the hotel gets upgraded I’m sure it’ll look awesome. Had a lot of open space. It was odd for my room to overlook the lobby, seems a bit intrusive to the guests."

"Facility was very clean people behind the desk were very polite. Room was clean excellent pool and hot tub. Breakfast in the morning was good, had eggs biscuits and gravy waffles, orange, apple, and cranberry juices. I would recommend the hotel to anyone coming to the area. The pool is closed on sundays.
