Reception Staff were friendly, helped to show us a map and pointed out the key areas to visit. The location of the hostel was brilliant! Less than a 10 minute walk away from the main attractions, however the kitchen was lackluster to say the least and the bed sheets had holes in them. it was loud at night with the door and people walking in around midnight. If you all you plan to spend as little time in the hostel as possible this great, bathrooms were average.

This hostel is located near the central area of Florence which has the main station, market and even the cathedral at a walkable distance. However it's a hostel so rooms are okay enough with sharing washrooms. They majorily have dorms however have few private rooms as well.They do have a common kitchen where we can cook/eat some food and even a small vending machine for quick snacks.

Ho preso alloggio per due notti qui. Richiedendo una camera per due con bagno interno. Entrata in stanza, di 4 prese ne funzionano 2 (?) Una lampada che non funziona(?)... In bagno le luci dello specchio non funzionano, Finestra se pur chiudendola rimane socchiusa (alla persiana manca un perno). In compenso le lenzuola sono pulite. Giustamente è sempre un hostello ma secondo me l' abbiamo PAGATO come se fosse un hotel a 3/4 stelle. Dispiaciuta.

Indecente. Sporco e fastiscente. Igiene totalmente assente, mobili di recupero, intonaco scrostato, polvrte, tappetino del bagno in comune lurido, odore sgradevole di sigaretta in camera.. Prezzo spropositato. Inspiegabile come abbia votazioni sufficienti.....

La fachada que sacáis no es, sucio, viejo, sin ropero en 4 días, no se han pasado ni a limpiar, ni cambiar toallas, ni tirar papelera, fuerte olor a humedad y lo de los desayunos mentira, una maquina echando monedas para café y otra con chocolatinas. No tiene ascensor
