與其説是酒店，其實跟民宿差不多，地理位置比較方便，就在中央市場邊上，但是缺點也明顯，樓下有垃圾收集站，早上五點多開始垃圾車就很開始工作了。是一個大房子改的套間，洗手間浴室是後加的感覺，所以地面比較潮濕，無法做到乾濕分離這一點比較難搞，房間有咖啡，飲料免費這點不錯。門牌號非常不好找，樓下有個小木門密碼鎖，要走樓梯上去，重行李就比較吃力了，不太建議家庭出行。

The location was perfect, 5 minutes from the train station and from every attraction of the city. Vibrant location with many bars and good restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the host very welcoming and friendly. They also provide free beverages and coffee in the room, in addition to slippers and toiletries. Loved it!

If you want to live the REAL Florence this is the place to stay at. The place is clean, the host makes you feel right at home and their breakfast is to die for. Also the location of the place is great, it's about 10 min from all the major attractions of the city. Would absolutely raccomend.

The room is comfortable and has a mini fridge with free drinks and extras like sewing kit, shaving kit, etc. The host is very kind and helpful, she told us a bit about the history of the city and recommended the little hidden gems to visit. The location of the property is perfect as it is just a few minutes from the museums and main attractions of the city. The breakfast is great and with fresh local products, and the room was clean. Definitely a great experience, I highly recommend it!

Very central structure, next to the central market. The B&B is on the second floor but the stairs are steep and there is no lift. Room with basic furnishings but well-stocked with accessories such as toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, etc... The bed was comfortable with 2 pillows to choose from. Worth noting is the step to enter the shower 🚿 very high, you have to be careful. In the room there was also a minibar and a coffee machine ☕️, and I was surprised by the fact that they were both free. Good breakfast, served in a sort of living room with tables. Everything self-service apart from hot drinks to order. The problem is that the first morning we were alone in the room because it was a little early and the staff were there staring at us for the entire duration of the meal. Lots of variety of drinks. Good quality/price ratio.

Mario is a really great host. The location is both in the city center and very close to transportation points so everything is at your fingertips. There are the best restaurants in the city around. It was a really great holiday. I recommend it to everyone. The cleanliness and hospitality were perfect. Thanks Mario for everything.
