AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The room was absolutely not like any of the photos. The photos showed nice rooms with decor, bed side tables and lamps. I booked a “deluxe double room” My room was not even a bedroom but in fact a small kitchen with a bed inside and nothing more. The room was small and sterile. It was literally a kitchenette. There was no ambient lighting, no bedside tables, no air conditioning, no tv, no wardrobe (as it stated there was of this) there was also a poo stain in the toilet, lovely.. At over €100 a night, this was completely unacceptable. There was no reception staff to greet you. But rather a lock box chained to a railing outside with some very unclear instructions. It took me about 30 minutes to even get into the property. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I would consider this a scam. Completely false advertisement.

I do not recommend you to book this NOISY room with SHARED LIVING ROOM/ SHARED KITCHEN. Not good value for the money at all. Very rude staff who will not try to accommodate you at all and makes you feel you are just there to pay. You have plenty more places to rent in florence. Do not waste your money and time in this disappointing accomodation…

Weekend in Florence with my family. Residence about 20 minutes from the center in a slightly busy area (only flaw) Room sufficiently spacious and equipped with every comfort. Reserved parking (paid). Fair room price.
