沒想到飯店有給餐券～而且是外面咖啡廳的早餐，可以任意選擇一個麵包及一杯咖啡或果汁，實在太開心了❤️❤️❤️
它們的麵包及咖啡都很美味～光是這樣就非常超值👍👍👍
更加分的是有洗衣機可以洗衣服～所以家人非常滿意🥰🥰🥰
而且廚房的IH爐和鍋子很給力～煮起白米飯只有鍋巴卻不會沾鍋👍👍👍
野豬廣場就在眼皮底下～每晚可以輕易觀賞厲害的演唱和表演、順便觀察野豬雕像旁撿零錢的乞丐！實在非常方便又舒適～給120分都不過份！❤️❤️❤️

O B&B é muito limpo, você vê que ele foi recentemente reformado, boas toalhas, ar condicionado ótimo, bom isolamento das janelas , banheiro novo é ótimo atendimento. O hotel oferece uma mini cozinha aonde podemos fazer nossas próprias refeições. Você fica literalmente no meio do centro histórico de firenze. Super recomendo

我很少差評，更願意相信服務人員是無心之過，但這次糟糕體驗實在令人無法接受（GM評分不過4分，同時似乎關閉了評論功能）。
傍晚出火車站後疲憊的拖着行李抵達酒店樓下，聯繫前台被告知稍等，卻隨後失聯，寒風中等候近一小時，最終靠平台介入解決（感謝平台的及時處理）。
然而，接下來兩天問題不斷：早上接近退房時間，清潔人員兩次未敲門直接闖入，十分粗魯。退房離開時，看到其他客人的行李櫃敞開，物品暴露在外，這種行為實在令人費解。
綜上所述，如果你不想在疲憊不堪時還得一邊吹冷風、一邊提防小偷的光顧；按耐住想去旁街遊玩的急迫心情、在路過遊客的歡笑聲中用上帝才會有的耐心等候一小時;想自己作為人和行李能被認真對待。三者有一，就不要來這家旅館，因為你會像我一樣花如此寶貴的旅行時間寫這麼多屁話——僅僅是希望其他後來的旅客能有更好的選擇。

Posizione fantastica! Praticamente a 5 minuti da tutto. Struttura in palazzi vecchio ma con comfort accettabile. Dove però è sorprendente e la cosa che non ti aspetti: una colazione super offerta in uno dei bar storici di Firenze più eleganti (Rivoire) a 1 minuto
