I was really amazed by the beautiful new hotel . 5 minutes walking to central commercial area, very cute an chic designing details and extremely friendly staff, hope they could keep this high standard ! Definitely will visit again .

Brand new hotel that is quiet and extremely clean. The staff is amazing and extremely welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the "Cosy Terrace" and it was right next to a school so you could hear the kids playing during the day. It was Cosy, not a huge room but super cute. The outside terrace was nice to get outside and sit. The breakfast was delicious with a full menu to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a newly opened hotel with a retro and elegant decoration style. I like it very much. The location is very convenient, and the bus and tram are very convenient. It is quiet in a busy city. It's just that the decoration is a bit smelly, so be careful if you mind it.

A fabulous new hotel in Florence - hip and cool, but totally welcoming to a couple in their 50s. Our room was lovely, large and airy. The hotel restaurant and caffe were great places to stop for a meal or coffee. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Considering the hotel had only been opened 3 weeks when we visited, it was all running very smoothly. We would return next time we visit Florence.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff especially if you are looking for something modern, thoughtful, and quality. Location is fantastic, quiet but convenient. The cuisines inside the restaurant make you want to eat there and nowhere else!

Thank you to the receptionists Caterinas x2, Laura, Eleanora, Fillipo for a wonderful, warm, welcoming stay!! The hotel is lovely and we enjoyed the restaurant meal, bar and coffee lounge with its gorgeous books. We have just returned home and our basking in the glow of the ardent welcome!

The Hoxton Florence had only been open ten days when I arrived but already it was a seamless operation! The staff are amazing. So friendly and accommodating. Every single person went above and beyond during my stay, thank you. Hotel grounds are beautiful - so clean and thoughtfully laid out. The restaurant and cafe are both excellent. The food at the restaurant is incredible, and the presentation creative. Rooms are fantastic - cosy room was super spacious. Highly recommend! And the neighbourhood the hotel is set in is super refreshing as it is quiet and authentic. And Oasis reformer Pilates studio nearby is fantastic!

The hotel is about a 20 min. walk away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre which suited us perfectly. Our room was bright and airy and the bed was very comfortable which is an essential requirement for a city break if, like us, you want to be up and away enjoying what the city has to offer. The staff at the hotel were all absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. It is probably unfair to name anyone specifically but we feel we have to mention Karen who dealt with our very specific morning coffee requirements with good humour and Nicky our waitress in the evening who was similarly friendly and helpful. A special mention should also go to the reception staff who spent time with us to help organise our tickets for museums and galleries.

We visited The Hoxton, Florence just after its opening. The hotel is impeccable - the decor is stunning with so much attention to detail, location is fab and the staff were helpful, kind and friendly. We couldn’t have felt more welcome particularly during a busy time for the team. The restaurants are beautiful and the food is delicious, delivering an authentic spin on Italian culture. The staff were so attentive and supportive- making our stay even better. A huge thank you to Luigi and the team. We wish you all the success in the future- I cannot fault the hotel experience and would absolutely revisit.
