I don’t recommend this hotel , it not worth for money which you paid , you easy get many around better hotel around , be honest , room has a dump smell , all nights no heater cold enough then outdoor , morning no hot water , wait someone come to fix , delay for my trip bus , come to complaint to reception, even not apology, just seems like to say ＜ So What ＞ .

Walking distance from the train station. The hotel is clean and tidy. There is a courtyard for a smoke break and a beautiful hall - living room. Standard rooms are small, but interestingly composed. We lived on the attic floor, the ceiling window opened with the remote control. Great. Shower bath toilet - ok.
I read in the reviews myself, I confirm: The tram from the street - it is true that you can hear it, but if you have been walking all day, then its noise in the evening is not particularly annoying. It seems that at 23.00 they stop running altogether.
Breakfast is acceptable: omelet, eggs, sausages, bacon, sliced meat and cheese. Fruit 3-4 types, muesli, croissants of different types, cakes, juices. The coffee machine works, the coffee there is tastier than in jugs.
The staff is friendly. Everything we asked for - they helped. Cleaning in the room - quickly in the morning, by the time we went to breakfast - the room was already perfect.

In the hot weather of Florence, the air conditioner in this room did not cool down at all. It felt like there was only a little cool breeze from the air conditioner outlet, but the rest of the room was not cool at all. It was too hot to sleep at night. The triple room has three single beds and is quite small. Minutes away from the main train station. The room smells of urine, there is no elevator, and there is no lighting system in all passages and stairs at night. The breakfast provided is not from the hotel itself.
