The location is next to the end station of the tram which connects you to the city center (santa maria station) and villa costanza for bus service. Well, a trade-off between the price and convenience in florence city center. The amenities are lacking like hygienic items or kettle but otherwise fairly neat with a nice view from the room.

Decent hotel which is not your typical five star hotel. Very good for budget travellers if they are looking to stay in florence. wont recommend if you use the hotel for anything other than sleep at night. Not much amenities and not great room. We used it for typical sleep and go out travel so we loved it for that since its super cheap. AC worked excellent in 39 degree peak florence climate. You can fill water by asking at reception.

The hotel is near a university in the suburbs. You can take the tram from the city center to get there. It's about 400 meters away. The sanitary conditions are worrying, but the price is not expensive during the peak season. It's ok to stay but it's about the same level as a youth hostel. The water pressure in the bathroom is very low
