The location is near to the famous tourist spots in the town. We were lucky enough to have a free upgrade to a suite. It was a pleasant stay.

Great hotel to stay at and the hotel team from reception to porter to restaurant are outstanding. Breakfast was one of the better ones we can find in Europe and this centrally-located hotel will be our choice when we return to Florence

Very surprising hotel. Although it is a four-star hotel, the attentive service makes people feel comfortable and caring. The room is comfortable and clean. Everything is provided except toothbrush. The breakfast is very rich, with seven or eight kinds of cheese, more than ten kinds of bread and cake, and more than ten kinds of fruit to choose from. There is a happy hour from 6 to 8 pm. If you order wine, you can enjoy snacks and fruits for free. There is also a turndown service. Greeting cards and chocolates are given the night before leaving. The hotel sign is very small. But it was easy for the kids to find it by following the map. The location is very good, very convenient to the Duomo, shopping, and not far from the train station. They said they upgraded our room, but we felt the upgraded room was average. We booked a triple room, and the upgraded room had a sofa bed that sank in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep, and the room was very dark. Other than these, everything else was ok.
