Steps from the Duomo, affordable and a lovely accommodation. I was by myself so I cannot speak for larger groups or couples, but this was the perfect choice for my trip! Very easy process to check in and out. Candies were a lovely touch and the water jug kept me hydrated all throughout my trip!

The location of is unbeatable! The room had enough space for the two of us and our bags. The bed was comfortable, and there were extra pillows and an extra blanket (that we needed). The high ceilings made the room feel even more spacious. We could easily adjust the temperature. The common area was neat, clean, and well stocked. If you wanted to "eat in" after buying food from the central market, you could do so. We could hear the bells from the Duomo and the alley sounds, but we wouldn't trade the location for anywhere else. Who wouldn't want to step out the door, turn the corner, and have a fantastic view of the Duomo?

5/5 recommend! The location is perfect and very central. Less than a minute walk from the cathedral. The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. Very quiet and never heard other guests. It can be a little noisy at night due to outside foot traffic so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. It was not an issue for us, but just a fair warning! Self check in is very easy. I have no complaints about our stay!

As advertised online we were expecting air conditioning and had booked the room for 4 nights. When we got to the room the air conditioning was not working. After trying multiple different settings and methods including speaking with the manager we were left without AC for 2 nights (causing the room to be 26 degrees Celsius or 78 degrees Fahrenheit). This left us no choice but to keep the windows open all night. These windows did not have screens so we were constantly waking up in the middle of the night due to getting bitten as well as enduring the loud noises in the street. We woke up each morning not getting much sleep with a lot of bug bites causing us to eventually go to the pharmacy to get medication to alleviate the itch and pain. We then asked for a partial refund due to not receiving the advertised services. After speaking with the manager on multiple occasions it was clear that he didn't care and had no intentions of mitigating the situation showing us the lack of care and hospitality. Based on the disrespectful messages received from manager we are very disappointed and we will definitely not be coming back. A side note for any coffee drinkers, the coffee from the machine in the kitchen is disgusting and not drinkable.

Central location perfect for sightseeing as well as dining out. Lovely week spent at these cosy, spacious, light and airy rooms. Well equipped shared kitchen always kept spotless. Efficient communication with truly accommodating owner who is quick to respond at all times and ready to assist with any requests/issues that may arise. If we ever return to Firenze, we would definitely stay here again. 100% recommend!

Perfect location, nice rooms and friendly staff. Every attraction is close to the building and you access every Train station for just 5 minute walk Shopping street very close. Rooms are quite big for couples, has a kitchen and offer free caffee capsules. 10++++
