Polite staff, sent all the information before check-in, the hotel itself is a minute's walk from the central cathedral, in the center, very convenient, two days walking - everything is within walking distance. There was no air conditioning in the room, the windows did not open, so you need to take into account the weather conditions.

The hotel is privileged in its location, the check-in service was very efficient, during the day there is a reception but no room service. This is my second time at the hotel, it just needs to improve the structure of the stairs and the walls of the room, the best thing is that it is pet friendly

This was a scam. Paid for hotel, but they sent our reservations to a hostel at 1/4 the price. No money back. Did not feel safe. Checked out. We had to fight with them. Called the credit card to get any money back. Place was clean and cure but still a scam

The property is located in a very central place which is the only positive. However, our room was very outdated. We struggled to find a working socket to charge our phones in the room. There were drilling and hammering noise at 8 a.m. We paid for the accomodation to get some rest, but it was impossible due to the construction noise. Lights were flickering too. The room looked worse than in the photos online - very old and small.

The location is perfect! Just a few steps to where the action is but far enough from the noise of the evening crowd. Looks like the room is newly renovated. The bathroom is squeaky clean with new fixtures and fittings. The room is cleaned everyday. The reception is located at the second floor. There is no elevator so you need to bring your luggage up the stairs. It is not an issue but just a useful information. Thank you Meg and your husband. You made our stay in Florence truy amazing. Will definitely book again with you.
