Absolutely loved the location of this place. It's just across river from all of the big-time tourist action and has lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Leo was great. Didn't see him much, but he was easy to communicate with. Our family room was ample and laid out nicely. Comfy beds, but the pillows could use replacing. Also, make sure someone shows you how to use the AC-- it was only March, but the room was really hot at night and we couldn't get it to cool down. All-in-all, though, we highly recommend this hotel!

A perfect place to return to after the hustle of busy central Florence but really only 10 minute walk to the Uffizi. Santa spirits area is central to uffiz and pitti palazzo and Boboli gardens. Accommodation is very secure. Room is small but has everything you need. King size bed too. Don’t spend anytime in you room but explore the small piazzas and lane ways and soak up the atmosphere of the locals. Delightful. Leonardo is a great host and extremely helpful.

posizione perfetta per visitare Firenze, fuori dal caos ma a pochi minuti da Ponte Vecchio e dal centro storico; posizionato in una via piena di trattorie e botteghe. Camera spaziosa con letti molto comodi, bollitore in camera, macchinetta del caffè e acqua a disposizione nella reception. Leonardo sempre pronto a dare consigli e a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti.

Struttura accogliente, camere spaziose, buona la pulizia, proprietario ospitale e disponibile, peccato che la colazione si fa fuori personalmente non è una cosa che preferisco ed è limitata a succo caffè e cornetto; in compenso in struttura c'è acqua e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti. La stanza è dotata di climatizzazione ma di base è molto calda.

Situato nella zona Santo Spirito, in un palazzo d’epoca, zona gradevole e silenziosa a ridosso dell’Arno ad appena 5 minuti dal centro storico. Camera essenziale e pulita, proprietario disponibile per ogni esigenza. La colazione non viene consumata in loco bensì’ in un bar molto carino che dista pochi minuti,a piedi. Possibilità’ di parcheggio a pagamento nei pressi della struttura (30 euro al giorno), poiché’ sito in ZTL
