Останавливалась на несколько дней. Бронировала номер перед вылетом и боялась, что может не понравится. Хорошее расположение отеля, важно было, чтобы вокзал рядом. До всех достопримечательностей ходила пешком и в целом не пользовалась транспортом. Разрешили оставить багаж до поезда. Удобная кровать, хорошо работающий душ без перебоев воды. В номере тепло. Почти не слышала соседей, считаю, что мне повезло. Вкусно пахнет. В следующий приезд скорее всего также тут буду останавливаться.

I booked this hotel via the Qantas website. Did not research prior to booking. I stayed for 2 nights during the 3rd heat wave. Assess to the building is a little confusing. 2 flights of stairs with no lift access. You need to pay hotel tax in cash on arrive- a common thing in Italy during my trip. I found the hotel slightly outdated but it is clean and safe. My AC was working very well and I had no concerns as a female traveller. The wifi was also working well. Hotel is a 5 min walk to many tourist attractions which is very convenient. I did not need to take public transport during my 3 day visit as most tourist attractions are centrally located.

Centrally located rooms in Florence, from where you can easily reach the main tourist destinations. The room is very clean albeit a little dated. We had to pay the tourist tax in cash because, according to the receptionist, "there is no pos connected to the municipality". Poor quality mattress and pillows.
