It was clean. Its alright but sauna is extra charges when its not specified. I wouldnt have paid more than 150 euro per nite if sauna is extra every single time
Location is a bit off but not much of an issue i would say 3 star of 5 star experience

Everything was incredible at Florence Comfort B&B, the room was really spacious, organized, a great bathroom, very beautiful decor and the reception was terrific! We hope to be able to return to Florence and stay there again! I loved it so much!

We had a great time in this beautiful city of Florence. Everything was perfect: the room, the service, your kindness, access to the tram and the car park. We had a small problem with the car and our hosts did everything they could to make things easier for us. I also appreciated the garden where you can relax after a good day's sightseeing. This is a true GEM among accommodation choices in Fleorence. Just a short distance from the center, this elegant villa has a manicured garden and secure parking space. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. Our room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The mattress is extremely comfortable! Overall, we were very satisfied and will return next year...

100% RECOMMENDED Mattia and his mother Marta were incredibly attentive to us, they helped us in everything they could, from carrying our suitcases to our room, to even giving us information about the nearest hospitals to take my wife who was very sick on the last day. Marta was very affectionate and welcoming, she told me not to worry about anything, that the most important thing was my wife's health and that after she was well we would see about the check-out and details. I felt very content and welcomed, it was great to have their support in such a difficult moment. In addition to that, the room was very comfortable, it had everything to make us feel comfortable, a beautiful view, a good size, the AC worked perfectly, there was a safe, a mini bar, etc. Located far from the attractions, it has a tram station a few steps away, which makes it very convenient as you can reach the areas of interest without having everyone making noise. It is located in a quiet area and everything is in perfect condition. I highly recommend it!

We have stayed 3 nights in a room with a jacuzzi. The room is good, clean, room service was great, the breakfast was handy. Mattia assisted us a lot during our stay and helped with lots our requests. Great host. All in all can recommend this hotel.

My husband and I had an excellent stay. Very nice guesthouse, very clean and cozy room. Excellent location, close to public transport and easy access to the historic center of Florence. We were welcomed by Mattia, always very kind and polite. I recommend 👍

Thank you for a very pleasant stay! All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We received very thorough advice in advance and whatever we asked, they answered almost immediately. It is very easy and cheap to get to the city center by tram. Walking to the old town takes about 30 minutes. See you soon!
