I guess im lucky to book this one on florence, the location is just 10 mnts from s.m novella station, very calm at night, clean room & bathroom also they have a bidet is a plus. the one thing important to me is they have swimming pool and sauna cause i came there its so cold. Trust me you spend your money at the right place

I think this hotel is fantastic for the price; located directly across from the tram station with a direct line to the main station. The room was extremely small, but functional, with an observable attention given to the functionality of the room through its design. Areas for improvement include the shared facilities, keep in mind, this hotel hosts both hotel guests, as well as in-resident guests (mostly university students studying abroad), as such, the shared spaces are not sufficient or clean enough to be utilised comfortably by so many people. In addition, the use of the hotel for in-resident university students means the design and decor are somewhat juvenile-feeling in nature. Apart from this — just like any hotel — it serves its function as a clean and comfortable space to spend time between days of exploring local Florence!

Apartment is near to Tram station which is just 3 stops to the Central station. It is quiet place. Staff is friendly. Since it is not hotel, they don’t clean it regularly. If we need anything like toilet paper or body wash etc, need to get from reception. It is given in room details that they provide stove but stove is not there. When we ask, they say we need to pay extra money.

There are two doors in front of the room, both of which are password locked, which is safe. You have to climb one floor. There is an old European elevator that we didn't dare to use. We basically didn't see anyone in and out of the hotel. When checking out, just give the key to the lady at the front desk, and you can store your luggage.

Great sized hotel rooms, clean and modern. Beds were hard and springy. Air conditioning’s temperature cannot be controlled - limited to 23-27°C, it was summer at 35°C. We had to open the room door for the lobby’s cold air to flow into the room to cool the room down. Will not be back during summer but for the colder months sure!

Hotel is super nice, clean & new! But I really need to add one thing because I was dissapointed. Even though this hotel is more expensive compare to same standart hotels they dont have anything in the room. No coffee machine which was very important to me in the hotels, only instant coffee. No bathroom amenities. No slippers i had to ask for it, no bathrobe. I mean if you are charging this much you should provide these.
