The hotel was very clean and hygienic. It's conveniently located right next to the station. The service was great, and check-in was very quick and efficient. There are large supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you'll never go hungry, even if you return late at night. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

The hotel is new, has great bed sheets, towels etc. The staff is great. Location is ok, it will take you 20 minutes to walk to tourist districts. Took breakfast once, it’s not bad, but there are no hot options (like omelette or scrambled eggs etc), there are basically just pastries and cold cuts. There are few coffee shops around that I enjoyed. The complimentary tea station is located in every floor of the hotel, so there is no tea or coffee in the room (there is no free coffee, but you can order it at a bar) All in all, I liked it. It’s very new, very clean and very friendly.

Everything is great. The hotel is wonderful. There is a shop nearby, we walked to and from the station easily. During our three days of stay we never used public transport, because everything is nearby and we walked around all of Florence. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

This location is very comfortable, not at the attraction, so not noisy. It takes 20 minutes to walk from the attraction. It takes ten minutes by car.

Extremely satisfied! The room was perfectly equipped and even had a spacious balcony. The kitchen was a huge bonus, making it incredibly convenient to prepare our own meals. There's a large supermarket just a short walk to the right from the exit, and all the main attractions are within easy walking distance.

I love to lodge away from turistic places so I can walk and get a better feeling of the city and the location of the hotel was perfect for that!

The basic room type socket of the reservation did not work and contacted the front desk. Because other rooms are still being cleaned up, the front desk patiently found several alternatives, and finally upgraded to a suite on the first floor for free. Hotel facilities are some years old, but still very textured. The courtyard on the first floor is very quiet, the bed is very comfortable, the kind that the whole person is trapped in. Overall very good

A small hotel, it feels like a couple shop, clean and tidy service is very good, the boss will also send you a map to carefully help you mark where to play. firstly, I realized that the room smelled very bad like someone definitely smorked in it even it is non-smorking room. So, I asked the staff that I can change the room, but that day were fully booked so that I can’t. She also said, next day has a vacant so I can change the room, but finally I couldn't because of the staffs miss communication. Also I asked laundly service but when I came back to the hotel, it is not completed because the staff forgot Sunday is out of service. in the first place, the laundry service cost is too expensive so I dont recommend.

The location is okay, the straight line is about 1.5 kilometers away from the central play area. This is the second stay. The room with windows on the roof of the third floor was given. The sanitary shower head has a lot of water. In addition, the breakfast is very good and the environment It's also a bit of a scroll...look at the picture!
