hotel hall: nice to see but too hot, maybe was better to invest in a good air con system to make the check in experience better. Reception staff: very kind people and happy to help you Restaurant: food is acceptable but you need to have a lot of patience before to be able to taste it. If you are looking for a quick bite and good service just don't go there, put your shoes on and walk outside the hotel to find something else (very little choice outside too). The only positive side of this restaurant are the girls working there (Jennifer was the star of the restaurant doing the job of three peole) they try to do their best but the manager and the boys really don't cate about the clients. Beach service: non-existent. They will give you chairs and beach umbrella that you need to carry yourself under the baking sun , and you are required to sign because you are responsible for it. Really bad!!!

Nice hotel in a very good location. It lacks maintenance and thorough hygiene. The common areas are very dirty, from the floors to the tables and chairs. The panoramic elevator, very nice, but very dirty, the windows are all stained and there is a nauseating smell. In the end we used the stairs to move around. The furniture in the room is old and worn out, the minibar is pitiful. Transparent blackout curtains. Towels are totally dirty. The staff uniforms leave a lot to be desired, they look in poor condition. The vast majority are Argentines with little sense of customer service, which is strange in Brazil, Brazilians are outstanding in terms of service. We also had the experience that the toilet was blocked and the cistern broken, which they quickly resolved. The descent to the beach should be fixed, it is very deteriorated. It is a shame that the hotel is so unworthy, because it is nice and in a very nice area.

Very well located hotel with easy access to the beach. Good breakfast, attached restaurant with excellent food and fair prices. But it is very poor in terms of cleanliness and maintenance in general!! Dirty hallways, broken furniture and old furniture!!

IM not coming back anymore! Me gustó mucho la atención del hotel, que te entregaban toallas para la playa , reposeras y sombrillas. La limpieza deja un poco que desear ( las sábanas tenían mal olor) y la pieza debería estar más remodelada. De todas formas la atención perfecta
