Dei uma nota baixa em comodidade pois tive um inconveniente pelo hotel não vender água. Tem apenas uma máquina automática que não passou meu cartão. Por isso tive que sair do hotel e comprar água na loja ao lado.

linda experiencia, muy lindas las instalaciones del hotel, muy limpio todo siempre, honestos y muy buena onda los empleados desde el conserje hasta las chicas que limpian las habitaciones, rico el desayuno pero falta variedad de frutas y de galletas

Estuvimos en marzo y ahora volvimos ya que conseguimos una promoción. Está vez la promoción incluía solo el desayuno a diferencia del viaje anterior que era con media pensión. De todas formas podías pagar la cena buffet aparte por 55 Reales Tiene una excelente ubicación a unos 150 metros del mar. En esa playa está el muelle del Barco Pirata. El centro está a unas cinco cuadras pero la zona del hotel es mucho más tranquila y segura. Está vez nos tocó una linda habitación con vista a la calle pero ninguna de las habitaciones tiene balcón. Los desayunos son variados y buenos

Minha experiência foi horrível, por diversos motivos. E não recomendo mesmo esse hotel, olha que eu não sou exigente e sou mega compreensível. Ao chegar no primeiro quarto um cheiro MUITO forte de mofo que não conseguimos ficar 10 minutos e o ar condicionado sem funcionar, solicitei que mudasse o quarto e foi feito. O quarto “novo” o ar condicionado não funcionou, mesmo selecionado para gelar e ao reclamar eles sempre falam a mesma coisa “foi passado para o responsável” e não resolvem NADA. Outro ponto muito importante é que o estacionamento é terceirizado e tem que pagar e deixar a chave do veiculo e os manobristas não tem um pingo de cuidado com o veiculo, saem cantando pneu, luz desligada, sobem a rampa igual carro de corrida e tivemos uma experiência que o manobrista levar nosso carro para outro hotel e ele nem ao menos avisou, pedimos para chamar novamente ele e ao chegar ele falou que éramos muitos desconfiados. No hotel e no estacionamento parecem que estão fazendo um favor imenso ao solicitar algo e não tem um pingo de gentilezas.

Excelnte hotel, ubicación priviligiada, a 1 cuadra de la playa y rodeado de lugares para poder comer, cerca de supermercados y a pocas cuadras del centro. Siempre elijo este hotel por su calidad y buena atención, desde el Valet Paking que te recibe que es un genio hasta el gerente que está al servicio del huesped.
