O hotel prima pelo bom atendimento, boas acomodações e localização excelente, percebi que estão fazendo reformas e creio que seja uma boa iniciativa, principalmente no sistema de água quente do chuveiro, tb percebi que uma repaginada na academia e sala de jogos seria uma ótima iniciativa. No mais, agradeço a toda equipe, prestativos, sorridentes, educados e gentis, eu diria que foi o que mais me chamou atenção.

Tropical Paradise does not give enough credit to this amazing resort. Close and very accessible walkway to the beach. Very comfortable accommodations with comfy beds, lots of balcony rooms and great hotel amenities including a suana and gym. The on site restaurant and bar is beyond any expectations. Such amazing and attentive staff. So super friendly and helpful and the food is perfection. Breakfast is a must, and you must try a Caipirina. The owner of this fine establishment was so caring and welcoming. He and his whole team made our weekend most enjoyable. I hope to return to this beautiful place again in the future.

We spent 2 days at the hotel, inclusive the birthday of my wife. Additional to the very charming beach with many attractions as a tour on a pirate boat in the style of "pirates of the caribian" , the hotel itself has many convincing features like a wonderfull view to the bay, a very engaged staff, a good kitchen and it offers in the morning rather a brunch than a breakfast. In both evenings the hotel offered live music, which especially enhances the good atmosphere. Nevertheless it would be worthwhile if the management would further invest into this lovely place, since it shows some traces of "past glamour".

Excellent hotel. Ideal for a family getaway, especially because of its direct access to the beach. The hotel service is excellent, and the restaurant is incredible. It has everything you need for a good rest. It also has a game room and daily activities for children. And in the evenings, it has live music. You can also go for a walk at night along the beach, which is well-lit and safe. You're just steps from downtown Canasvieiras.

Esse hotel é terrível , um verdadeiro show de horrores. Limpeza não é boa, vc é obrigado a andar com um pulseira de papel para ter acesso às áreas comuns , quarto cheio de infiltrações , espelho enferrujado… tudo muito mal cuidado… a banheira é toda suja e sem condições de uso. Decepção total!!!!! Não recomendo .
