Mr.Nielsen and Mr.Pedro Henrique are spetaculars and friendly guys... The hotel is awsome: clean, good breakfast, great bed, big clothes closet and very well located ( at the middle of the Island). It is important to say that Florianopolis is a huge island with 43 beaches, that is why rental a car is quite essencial to get around it.In front of the hotel has a free parking. Definitely, I would come back to there.

O hotel é um charme. Muito bom. O apartamento é bem limpo, tamanho excelente e bastante confortável. O café da manhã é simples, mas delicioso. O dono é uma pessoa muito simpática e solícita. Excelente experiência. Só achei um pouco salgado o preço, mas acho que é por conta da localização e época em que fui.

A pior coisa (e muito importante) é que os colchões (de 2014) são velhos e afundam. Ficamos no quarto triplo Theia-107. A melhor coisa é o café da manhã, tudo fresco e maravilhoso. Obs: é LGBT “friendly”, a quem possa interessar. Outros pontos positivos: ar condicionado muito silencioso e eficiente; chuveiro bom e tem água quente na torneira; localização estratégica (fomos a pé para a Lagoa, Joaquina, Mole, Gravatá). Outros pontos negativos: roupa de banho, acústica (método construtivo não dá nenhuma privacidade; faz barulho de oco), decoração (sugestão: tirar Romero Brito e colocar umas fotos de paisagem na temática do hotel); chamar de hotel, tendo jeito de pousada. Sugestão: colocar um varal de chão em cada quarto.

Hotel completo desde a recepção até o frigobar do quarto. 1. Hotel para poucos hospedes 2.A localização fica entre a praia da Joaquina, Mole e os barzinhos da lagoa da conceição. 3. Café da manhã maravilhoso com frutas, ovos mexidos, croassaints produzidos por franceses, bolo dinamarquês feito pelo próprio dono e outras variedades de comidas que os locais deixam lá. 4. Facilidade pra entrar e sair do hotel 5. Quarto espaçoso, com armário pra guardar a roupa, televisão e um frigobar com tudo que você possa imaginar, inclusive importados 6. Simpatia do Jansen e do Eduardo/Facilidade para entrar e sair do hotel.
