Um hotel lindo cheio de opções para fazer. Várias piscinas uma com tobogã e outra gigante de águas quentes várias jacuzzi. Quartos modernos Funcionários atenciosos A comida uma delícia. Um hotel que recomendo e assim que der voltarei com certeza 😉.

Limpeza deixa a desejar. Wi-Fi só na recepção. Localização distante da praia. Moça da recepção áspera nas palavras. Recepção sem acomodar para muitos hóspedes.Banheiro minúsculo e um grande espaço, sem móveis no quarto.

Ambiente deixando muito a desejar na questão de limpeza. Wi-fi só na recepção. Alimentação razoável, utensílios poderiam ser melhor lavados. Funcionária da recepção nada simpáticos. Necessidade de revitalizar os ambientes. Incluir mais poltronas na área da recepção. Fica distante da praia.

Hotel ambiente sujo desorganizado, banheiro então parte chuveiro muito sujo. Corredores molhados,Atendimento da recepção e restaurante, sem internet nos quartos, só tem na área de convivência e não funciona.

Bastante bien. Cómodo. El personal muy amable. Fui con mi hermana, sin mucho sol en los días que estuvimos sin embargo disfrutamos de la piscina temperada, ocupamos la sala de juegos. Buena experiencia. Sí lo recomiendo.

O atendimento por algumas partes e impecável. Fiz a reserva com a Laura, super atenciosa e ágil. A recepção também muito atenciosa! Na parte do restaurante parece ser outra empresa. No primeiro dia fomos jantar e duas moças numa má vontade falou que ainda dava tempo para comermos. Meu filho teve que ir na cozinha para pedir bebida pois ninguém foi até a mesa, comemos, mas não foi uma delícia. O apto ao lado do nosso, estava meu tio, que tomou banho todos os dias no nosso, pois o dele o chuveiro não funcionou. Internet, nem pensar! Horrível, conecta e não navega! Enfim… Pagamos um valor baixo por ser baixa temporada, mas não justifica a má vontade de alguns! Tenho pousada em Campos do Jordão, e o que mais priorizamos e o atendimento, cartão de visita de uma empresa!

El hotel un desastre total, habitación horrible con olor a humedad, las camas son todas single y juntan para las matrimoniales, la tv no funciona el wifi peor, desayuno poco variado y el tobogan que tienen en la entrada solo funciona ciertos días pero solo de mañana algo así de 8 a 11 como mucho. no volvería nunca

Hotel ótimo , porém com alguns ajustes a ser feito , tipo travesseiros extras encardidos , amarelados sem fronha, ar condicionado barulhento , ficamos quarto 140, sugiro um blacaute mais largo e cumprido para o quarto não ter claridade dos lados e ficar um breu, no mais tudo ótimo
