I stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

The TV was not working right the signal, I called the technician who came to the board, but soon stopped the signal again (i ended up with), the bar was not a pleasant service. The shower box had a terrible noise, lack of a oil, the ventilation in the room is not good.

The hotel is super complete, in an exceptional location with excellent breakfast quality. The swimming pool area is very pleasant and the entire team works very carefully. It is a place to come back several times!

The hotel is very comfortable and luxurious. The room is large and the view to the edge is beautiful. The location is wonderful and the staff is nice. The only thing that left a little to desire was acoustics among the rooms, listening to the other guests to bath and talk.

The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport and stays for convenient transportation. In front of the hotel is the seaside and the scenery is very good. But the room does not have toiletries and slippers like domestic ones, so you have to bring your own. Breakfast is a typical Western breakfast, no Chinese food, but the fruit is good.

O hotel fica no centro, e tem boa localização, o quarto é limpo, tivemos alguns contratempos com o chuveiro quente, o café da manhã é cobrado à parte, então não tomei, não posso avaliar, e estacionamento também é cobrado a parte, logo torna a estadia pra quem está com carro, mais caro. Foi uma passagem pela cidade, então foi apenas uma diária, como sugestão seria bom melhorarem os lençóis pra inverno, estava frio.

The only negative point in the hotel is the acoustics, we spent the weekend and had a party next to it, which is no problem, but what disturbed was that we couldn't sleep because of noise, doors and windows don't isolate the sound that comes out! The hotel is very good, we like it quite.
