Ailecek gittiğimiz otelde deniz manzaralı harika bir odada kaldık. 4 kişi aynı odada kalmak keyifliydi oda gayet büyük personel güler yüzlü,kahvaltısı çok lezzetli ve yeterliydi bizim için,üst kattaki meyhaneyi tavsiye ederim karides çok lezzetliydi ayrıca fiyatlar makul.

We were given a room where the smell from the plumbing was overwhelming. The owner told us to open the window. Outside the window is a huge air evacuation vent which turns very noisily, so lleaving the window open was not possible. The room was not big and the bathroom tiny so the sewage smells really bothered us. Apparently no other rooms at our price , 1200TL were not available though there were empty rooms. Sleep was difficult in such an atmosphere . Moreover until midnight, and later, there was live music on the roof just above our room, A lot of people making noise on the stairs. We were not told to expect this or we wouldn't have booked here. Breakfast was good, the staff accommodating and very pleasant but this is not enough to make me ever want to stay here again

We wanted to book a room as a couple for New Year's Eve. When I called and asked about the room fee, I was told that it was 600 TL, so I made a reservation through a website. When we were leaving on the morning of our stay, the friend in charge wanted to withdraw 880 TL from my credit card. When I objected, he said that they should call and ask and stated that they charged the room fee in Euros. They called someone named Ece Hanım and after calling me on the phone and finding out the price, they took the payment for the room I reserved for 600 TL, based on the Euro exchange rate of that day, and they made such a calculation that Ece Hanım asked for the smallest fraction of the Euro exchange rate. 1- What's the point of getting paid to the point and comma based on the exchange rate on the date I made the payment, not the date I reserved? You already want a lot of money for a simple room overlooking the castle wall, isn't asking for even the fraction of it a different kind of greed? 2- When I call you, you quote the price in Turkish lira, but making a request in Euro exchange rate during the payment phase is a very disturbing and bad feeling. 3- I would also like to point out that this is a hotel that I definitely do not recommend and that does not deserve its price.

Öncelikle personel çok iyi ve konum süper,bunlardan dolayı takdir ediyorum.Kara manzaralı bir odada konakladık,balkonu yoktu ve havlularımızı kurutmak problem oldu,zaten odada rutubet ve fena halde gider kokusu hakim.Deniz manzaralı odaların bizim kaldığımızın iki katı kadar bir ücret olduğunu söyledikleri için kara manzaralıyı seçmiştim ama bileydim bu şekilde bir oda olduğunu tercih etmezdim.Bir de söylemeden edemeyeceğim biz kahvaltı ederken otelin sahibi telefonla fiyat veriyordu ister istemez duyduk, arayanlara ve pazarlık yapanlara Deniz manzaralı odayı bizim kaldığımız fiyata verdi, dolayısıyla kendimizi bir miktar kandırılmış hissettik..Yani gidecekseniz benim gibi standart fiyattır deyip kabul etmeden pazarlık yapın.Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi, çalışanlar çok nezaket sahibi idi.Bu avantajları kaldığımız ücrete karşılık gelmiyor lakin.
