Dragon Bay Natural Hot Spring Resort

The room was cleaned at around 3 o'clock and there was still a lot of hair on the floor. There is only one pool of hot spring water every day, and the hot spring water costs 200 per pool. The security guard is rude, it's like you owe him money, if you don't want to go to work then don't go. Nothing much to say, it's totally not worth more than 800, it's better to stay in a B&B.

Hygiene experience: Hygiene is very poor! Really bad! ! First: There were several pieces of hair left by previous clients on the bed. I picked them up myself without telling them! ! Second: There were two small spots of dark green vegetables left on the bathroom floor. I don’t know if the customer vomited yesterday and the aunt didn’t disinfect and rinse them. I didn’t respond, so I just rinsed them myself! Third: When I was sleeping, I noticed something pricking my feet at the foot of the bed. I actually had medicine left over from a previous customer🤣, so I reported it to the front desk! If the sanitary sheets are replaced, even if the customer leaves things, they can be cleaned. So I think the bed in the room where I stayed has a few hairs and medicine, so I think the aunt who did the hygiene after the previous customer slept did not change the sheets. Isn't that normal? ! ! ! The front desk responded to the hygiene problem afterwards: After the front desk called the aunt to come over and change new sheets, she brought a few apples! Hot spring experience: I brought my elders here to experience it. They all said that the water in the hot spring is too shallow, there is no water for soaking, and it is not deep enough! ! Maybe it’s not hot enough because it’s just the beginning of winter! Environmental experience: We are attracted by the environment, and the environment is generally good.

The equipment and buffet hot springs are both impeccable. The only drawback is that you have to pay for mineral water. . . But the communication was finally resolved. I will come again next time and hope to have unlimited refills.

這裏房間很多，我們訂了兩間房，帶温泉池。酒店服務態度很好，我們上午到的，衹有一間房可以入住，就先給我們開了，另一間房則按我們要求在系統預留旁邊的房間。 餐廳有自助早餐和自助晚餐，品種數量還行，有特色的菜品，也有常規中西餐，不算豐盛，但中規中矩。也可以到酒店附近的餐廳吃，正好酒店入口有一家口碑還不錯的餐館，靠河邊的，一邊欣賞河景一邊吃飯。 温泉水温度剛放出來時很高，估計有五十多度，燙皮膚得很，感覺是真温泉，泡完皮膚還挺好，不會皺。室外公共區域的温泉池超大，旁邊是高大的大王椰子樹，風格獨特。 酒店有個室內的小小童樂園，適合小學二年級以下的孩子玩。我們是年後去的，還沒過初八，白天有遊園活動，拿了些小禮物，孩子挺開心的，晚上還有有煙花表演，正好陽台對着，可以一邊泡温泉一邊賞煙花。 公共温泉區配套的更衣室很舊了，聽老公説男更衣室裏環境很差，兒子都不太願意在那裡沖洗，寧願跑回房間洗。浴巾也是基本 沒有 另外放在温泉區方便客人取用的，所以我都是在更衣室直接拿着兩條浴巾出去泡温泉。希望酒店在這方面能改進一下，就更完美了。

房間衞生滿意，這是第二次過來泡温泉，第一次是帶家人一起來，我朋友説在周邊幾家酒店都住過，還是這家的温泉舒服，泡完温泉身上的皮膚很光滑細膩，下次有時間還會再來聚龍灣泡温泉，酒店的阿姨服務也很好，服務很周到，第二天我們幾個還特意去泉眼那裡逛了一圈真的是千年古温泉。
