非常好的酒店，店員熱情周到，酒店環境非常不錯，服務到位，很滿意的一次入住體驗，泳池月底開了，再來玩[愉快]早餐，一份，不夠吃的，小姐姐還給免費添。。。太貼心了。KTV的音質很不錯，唱的很嗨。娃兒自己霸麥了一個多小時。。。下午茶，也非常不錯，糖水超級棒哦

房間乾淨整潔，佈置得比較精緻，能看到湖景，房間還有泡池，生活細節也做得很好，想不到還有戴森吹風筒。到店的當天下午我們還唱了個ktv，開心。點贊前台接待的小姐姐小丘，熱情周到。

酒店很新，很温馨，全程都有輕音樂，温泉旁邊就有桑拿房，還有游泳池，夏天帶小朋友過去還可以玩游泳池的滑梯，房間的巨幕屏又大又清晰，房內開關都是自動的，入住環境也很美，前台小姐姐態度也好，免費升級大浴缸房間，早餐也是配好的營養餐。值得推薦

每年都要帶小朋友來這邊幾次探望長輩，很多酒店都住過，這家店可能是新開業不久，我們是第一次來。管家的服務很好，看我們帶小朋友來，給升級了房間，還送了免費的零食點心等，特別貼心。酒店是在湖邊的獨棟別墅，風景比在附近景區裏的別墅好太多，周邊環境也很清凈，晚上睡得非常安穩。另外酒店還有一個宴會包間，很氣派，打算今年年飯可以邀請親戚們在這裏聚會。酒店距離網紅度假區熹樂谷很近，但品質比那邊的酒店要好一些，自駕出行的話，真心推薦來這家試試。

大節日最不喜歡人擠人了，所以提前預訂了這家酒店，今年因為天氣原因跟小孩子不舒服來的少。再次來到，感到格外親切！衞生一如既往地乾淨，一進門就特別舒服，衹定了一晚的我們，產生了續住的想法（果然老天感應到了，第二天一大早就空一間房出來）。民以食為天，早餐比以前豐富了，午餐跟晚餐都是在酒店私廚做的。孩子們特別喜歡吃，小爺滿意就是全家滿意。我最喜歡土豆燒排骨，山葯湯，清遠雞我老公喜歡吃。（一號晚上還有包含燒烤）酒店的工作人員都很熟悉了，酒店人少很安全，可以隨便放任孩子們玩耍了。一會在一樓廚房邊上玩遊戲機（免費任玩）；一會去泳池玩水，玩完水在房間裏看大屏幕電視📺，或者在房間裏玩玩具。不想下去泳池還可以在房間陽台泡池玩水。太愜意了，這才是真的度假啊！以後國慶五一就鎖定這裏了。大人不累，孩子開心。
從細節能看到酒店主理人的用心：早餐麪包是山姆的，大部分房間的吹風機是戴森的，餐具都是高品質的……

服務很好，早餐的麪特別好吃，麪包應該是山姆的，因為平時在科室吃太多了，感覺口感很像。當地空氣感覺挺好的，周圍環境特別安靜，淡季出遊簡直不要太爽。需要注意的是温泉的温度冷熱需要及時和管家反饋，否則管家會擔心你太冷而不斷加熱温泉。温泉確實是真温泉，浮力很大，泡完之後有很強烈的放鬆感，然後再回房間洗個澡，看看電影，睡一會，開着車外出覓食，感覺特別好，感覺時間都被拉長了。
